A classic local bike shop vibe. Yeah, they might not be there sometimes, because they are riding. Like I said, classic LBS. Knowledgeable staff who loves riding. Have never had any issues with mechanic quality—they do a good job. Derek knows stuff...
Super epic customer service! They drove from victor to driggs just to help me with some trouble shooting (my own fault, too) and were super nice about it! They've definitely got my loyalty!
Awesome local bike shop. I went there twice and both times I was assisted right away. They helped me out in a pinch when I was passing through town and needed a bottom bracket service. Even though they were insanely busy (that right there tells you it's a good shop) they still found time to put my bike up on the stand and fix it within minutes. Great critical thinking/triage skills, when all other shops would look at their queue and tell you, "two weeks". The mechanic even educated me on BB preventive maintenance/light duty service. A++
Staff was very unfriendly and were visibly upset when They saw I had walked in to get a repair. Owner was even worse. She was very rude and flaunted the fact that she owned several businesses and that she was essentially a more important person than me, her customer. I had come to pickup a little late but couldn’t do anything about it as I was out of town for a few weeks all the way across the country. Said they didn’t care and threatened to scrap/sell my bike if I didn’t figure it out. Further, Has accused multiple local businesses of “poor quality service” even though theirs is some of the worst I’ve seen. Some of the staff are friendly, but overall a very very unpleasant experience. I will be taking my bike to Idaho falls for repairs now.
The whole crew and Fitzy's is great. I blew out my rear hub just before an upcoming gravel race. Fortunately, my wife had the same rear wheel so I borrowed hers for the race. 111 miles of hard riding and I'd destroyed that hub as well. (beware WTB hubs and ruining your wife's bike parts). I totally forgot that the store is closed on Mondays but James was their working and was kind enough to let me drop off my wheels. Derek the owner called a few days later and said they had had many problems with the WTB wheels and the solution he had come up with was to sell customers a better wheel at his cost. Wow, I was impressed. My wife got a brand new DT Swiss rear wheel and Derek offered me an upgrade to a carbon wheel set that I just couldn't pass up. I have never had such great customer service. Thank you Fitzgerald's!
The best bike shop in Teton Valley. Derek Nobman, the owner, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, those who care, he was one of the top US DH racers back in the day - he has bikes in his blood. The valley is lucky to have him and his shop!
Coming through in the clutch. Planned a week long family trip and forgot the hitch attachment for our Burley trailer. The team at Fitzgerald’s hooked us up with a rental hitch and saved the trip. We were able to enjoy family rides in Victor and GTNP with our 1 year old in tow. Their selection of other gear and bikes is top notch. Highly recommend!
$162.30 to adjust two bicycle's brakes and wrap both handle bars. I wanted to support a local bike shop with a quick and easy job, but I could've never imagined such a rip off. I don't even have disc brakes. Save your money and adjust your own brakes, I feel nothing but regret right now.
Edit: after the amount that was refunded, I have to say the services are a bit more fairly priced.

COFFEE SHOP IS BACK! Still dialing in a menu and offerings, but there are espresso drinks and pour over using DOMA coffee. Come on by!
