First time. Great food and excellent service. Had the hummus and clams with red sauce and sausage; I know, right. Cool, adulty vibe. Great beer and wine selection. Finished with the creme brûlée. Fantastic service. 10/10 will def be here again.

Great little place for a nice dinner... didn't take any photos this time.. but everything was top notch.. Appetizer to beverages, they had a decent selection. Price was very fair and fhe service was worth coming back for alone... highly recommend!

I wish I could say I had bad service but that would have required someone to have actually come to my table and provide me service. I took my son and his girlfriend there for a nice dinner. After 30 minutes of watching the wait staff and bartender look at our table with no service I was annoyed especially after a table of people who came in 10 minutes after we had were served their wine. I have never left a restaurant before having been served until today. I understand there not being many wait staff but this was ridiculous considering there were not that many people sitting at tables. It was very disappointing.

One of my favorite places for lunch. The Turkey and Brie sandwich was delicious, so was the broccoli cheese soup. Excellent service, too.

Tasty, unique nosh. Full compliment of wine and local beers. Very chill. Easy place to stay awhile and visit.

Tonight was our first time at this establishment and I was very impressed. I had the short ribs and they were so tender and tasty. The staff was very polite, attentive and efficient. When we come back on our annual visit to Boise we will need to come back.

OK so this is the spot you go where you want to have a super tasty and thoughtfully designed dish. The prices are great. Not too expensive. It reminded me if a trendy spot tucked away in LA. My partner and I have lived in Boise about a year now and we are from all over, so finding this little gem made our night. The blues and beet salad is the best. If you're looking for the perfect dish, a great price, friendly staff, and a stylish environment - you gotta go to The Local!
