Neckar Coffee

I had a Columbian single origin espresso and it was delicious! Very balanced yet flavorful, and pulled well: not too sour or bitter. Staff is really friendly and unpretentious, despite the high-class coffee!

Edit 2020 - one of the very best coffee shops in Boise. Coffee is great, people are friendly and has a really nice environment.

My wife and I came here on the 4th of July and loved it! We are so excited Neckar Coffee finally has a brick and mortar location. This was definitely busier than I ever witnessed the coffee cart at the Saturday market, but the line went fast and we had good company.

If I'm not drinking coffee at home, Neckar Coffee is the only coffee shop you'll find me at. Why? The coffee is top-notch every time; I've never had a drink there that was less than stellar. Their drinks are made with organic milk, which is a rare find in a coffee shop, and any other ingredients are high-quality as well (e.g., the chocolate they use in their mochas, their chai blend, etc.). The latte art is always beautiful. The ambience is lovely; I love the plush, velvety booth seating along the wall, the beautiful hand-crafted mugs and bowls, and the fact that there are always vases of fresh flowers or greenery around. Most of all, the owners and staff are kind and friendly, and they are truly dedicated to quality, the customer experience, and the craft of making great coffee.

This place has some amazing coffee! Be patient since it is a drip coffee place, but it is worth the wait! I cannot speak for how many outlets they have, but it seems like a good coffee shop to work on projects from what I have seen. It is also pretty quiet place too if you are looking for a coffee shop to study at.

I keep coming back here because they are the sweetest most chill people. They talk to you like if you’re a part of the fam. The vibes are super great and they have the coffee to prove how awesome they are. So if you’re in Boise, stopping her is a must.

Neckar is such a lovely shop, roasting and serving top-quality, unique coffees. The folks who work here are kind. The mood here is always chill and moving forward toward better things.
