Neckar Coffee

A long-overdue permanent homecoming for Neckar coffee. This former coffee cart provides high quality cups of coffee in a clean and inviting space. Their baristas are friendly and the proprietary roasted beans make for a tasty cup. Glad to see them settle downtown.

This place is amazing! Great coffee and incredible pastries! Try the carrot cake if they have it on the day you go. I recently switched to decaf which they don’t have but they have a great selection of teas. Also I was super impressed that when I asked about decaf coffee because I was in the mood for coffee they suggestion a shop 2 doors down. That’s customer service! You care more about the customers needs than making a sale! I’ll be back for some decaf tea soon!

I'll keep it simple, they served me the best latte I've ever had. I savored every sip as I tasted the actual flavors present in the espresso. I have high standards, and I was actually blown away. I'll be back...soon.

By far, my favorite coffee spot in Boise. I love the modern minimalist sleek design of the interior and the music is on-point (not too loud as I bang away at my laptop). The oat milk chai is my go-to and their coffee is next level. This might just be my favorite spot in general!

I hadn't been to Boise in awhile but getting back there and trying this place just shows which way the city is trending. The owners are hilarious and have a great product. The vibe is nice and this is clearly the best coffee in Boise, at least if you're after quality.

I visited Neckar during a one night visit on a recent road trip. The staff were very friendly and were happy to make suggestions for sights around town. That evening, Neckar hosted a public music and art display, serving beer and wine to a fun young crowd. The next morning I had a lengthy coffee conversation with the wonderful couple that owns Neckar, Zoe and Grant. I really could feel their passion for the specialty coffee industry, and was convinced of their efforts to improve the shop's performance everyday. Well done Neckar, and thanks for the genuine hospitality! Excited to see you grow!

Just an amazing cup of Joe while visiting Boise. The ginger guy working the counter had an amazing energy and the baristas made a beautiful latte. Perfecto!

First, this is really great quality fresh roasted coffee. Second, I just felt really good being at this place, calm and friendly staff with a relaxing atmosphere. Good place to start your day or even restart your day! Will be back.
