Amazing coffee and cool shop! The pastries were excellent as well. You should definitely check this place out!

Got a cappuccino. Very good, nice foam, correct temperature in a china cup. A paper cup imho is an unfortunate vessel for good coffee. Worth visiting again.

Cozy, friendly neighborhood atmosphere in a downtown location. By far the best coffee experience in Boise. Thoughtful attention to detail throughout, from how they interact with customers, to the consistent quality of cappuccinos and espresso, to the interior design. I am not a Boise local, but I frequently divert from the interstate to stop off here amid the otherwise coffee desert between Portland and Salt Lake. Highly recommended!

Drove through the snow to get here. Totally worth it! Excellent cortado, delicious brown sugar latte and THE BEST biscotti and lemon loaf we have ever had. Actually went back and bought more biscotti got the rest of our trip. Definitely a must stop destination!

modern style meets the warmth of a “neighborhood spot”. baristas were kind and chipper, coffee offerings were delicious (ordered a traditional macchiato w coffee from Guatemala), and ended up buying a bag of beans for home. can’t wait to brew it up! thank you~

I popped in for a quick early afternoon affogato and it did remind me of ones I have enjoyed in Italy. Homemade vanilla bean ice cream and delicious strong espresso - a perfect pick-me-up.

It's cold and sterile. Feels like hanging out in a hospital but better coffee. The poor over I had was made correctly and had good flavor. The employees were very nice and speedy. I will visit again, but the atmosphere needs more color.

3rd wave coffee done right. Responsibly sourced beans, roasted in small batches, in-house, and brewed with care. The location is right in downtown with a sunny space, filled with plant life. It's the perfect place to grab a coffee on your way out of town, or to set up shop and get a few hours of work done. If you consider yourself a coffee person, lover, et al. then Neckar is a must try.

I lived in Italy for a few years and honestly the Cappuccino from Neckar lands along the top Italian bars that I’ve had cappuccinos from! Incredible service as well.

Great espresso very well roasted and pulled. Many layers; all good.
