Kohala Coffee Co.

Enjoyed remotely working from Kohala Coffee Co for two days. The employees where very nice and the drinks and food were a nice surprise. Loved the Kona Cold Brew Caramel Macchiato! Will return again nice time in town.

It is nice to have a good coffee shop in Pahoa. We like to go get their matcha tea and caramel cold brew macchiato. We also had a $75 gift card given to us and we smoked through that and was always a treat.

A nice new coffee shop in our favorite BI town. Everyone was super nice ! Good prices and fresh options . We will be back!

It's a very lovely place! A cute internet cafe decorated with beautiful paintings and it has an aesthetic feel to it. The staff are friendly and patient. The drinks are delicious and they offer several yummy sugar free flavors, as well as decaf coffee!

Visiting from out of state. The location is very close to where we were staying, so we decided to check it out. All of the negative reviews about this place were from a year ago. They must have gone through some changes since then. Very clean and efficient café. Service was great. Pour over coffee was hot and delicious. Not watery and only slightly bitter, just how I like it. My lady ordered an iced butterbeer macchiato and I got to try hers. We both LOVED IT. This place makes Starbucks look like $#@!. If we lived where we are visiting I would be a regular here.

Yowsa! I think this is the best coffee I've had on Hawaii Island, maybe the best I've had in my entire life! If you like a rich, bold espresso flavor, you will love their cappuccino. I ordered it with one shot of marshmallow, and it was the perfect hint of sweetness. Service was super friendly and fast in the drive-thru. So much better and cheaper than Starbutts. Support your local coffee houses!

Overpriced, no wifi... is this even a coffeehouse?

Their matcha latte is way too sweet. I asked the barista if there was WiFi and he said yes. Turns out it's not working today? According to the other customers. We're all using our hotspots through our cell.

Our local go-to spot for delicious, delicious coffee. Super friendly staff who are always happy to see us! They also delightedly greet our dogs when they see them hanging out in the back seat, and speaking of our dogs, the puppicinos provided by this business are much bigger than the ones you'd get at your average coffee shop. Golden Retriever and Dachshund endorsement are both 10 out of 10, would slurp again.

In all seriousness, the iced coffees from here are forever a highlight of my days. Try them out!

Staff walked out to take my order. Staff was pleasant, and helpful with ordering. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, cheery turn-out and butter croissant.

Was so excited to finally try this coffee shop. The service was shockingly bad. I never leave bad reviews anywhere, but this called for it.
Coffee was really good though. If I go there again, I will definitely go through the drive through.
