The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Kea'au

We get hot chocolate from here regularly. Sometimes service is a little slow, but it tastes good and the blueberry scones are good too. It's also nice to have a drive thru for convenience.

The regular coffe is just ok, about as good as mcdonalds. Not very inviting look in the inside the store and when I entered it, i felt more like i was entering the corner store and not a coffe place or deli like place.

I would give this place 5 stars.....but twice now in two weeks I've literally had to either get my money back or had to go home and doctor my drink . I mean if you like to pay 7 bucks for something that is completely undrinkable this is your place! I really hope to go back someday in the far future when they have retrained their staff on how to handle BASIC drink orders...

This is a wonderful local spot for coffee. They have everything on the menu you would expect and some incredible local foods to grab and go. I don't recommend being the first one in the drive-thru for the day, the espresso machine isn't warmed up.

I went too Subway that is in same building but I know they are always busy and I hear they are good but I don't buy coffee or consider going their .

I LOVE coffee bean but this location is the worst I’ve ever experience unfortunately. We frequent this location as it is our only option, but if it wasn’t we’d happily drive out of our way for a different one. They spend so much time trying to up-sell us on food yet get our very simple coffee order wrong 90% of the time. Just hazelnut flavor i regular hot coffee, that’s it. My husband used to get his with half the sweetener but that was too complicated and they never got it right so we simplified in hopes that would help. Nope, still consistently wrong. Ahh.

The staff at this location are always so friendly. This is the only CBTL I've ever visited regularly, so I don't know how the products compare to other locations, but I love that they have an extra large iced option. Sometimes they have some supply trouble (running out of cups of a certain size or a particular food item), but that happens on an island. All told, they're doing a great job.

Great COFFEE! They always get my coffee order correct. Staff are friendly so friendly they know you by name and stop to say aloha's if they see you in public! The great seating inside and out along with the friendly atmosphere makes this the place to meet with people for visits. The drive thru is quick and convenient also. Fast, convenient and the products are okay, but could be better with condiments. What Cafe in Hawaii doesn't offer mayo - that's definitely points shaven by a local.

Just paid over 7$ for a vanilla breve.
Wouldn't really care but then the cash handler is bare hand touching the lip of my cup, and no special care taken at all during covid.
Last time I'll be back for the near future.
Not really a local company anyway
