The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Kea'au

Went through the drive window and ordered an " earl grey tea with 2 pumps of honey and plenty of half and half; I like my tea milky". My exact words. It was the day that rained heavily and all day long. I had many errands to do and that tea is comfort for me. Nothing was added to my tea. I went there the next day and showed the woman at the counter and proceeded to order coffee and a bagel. She rang me up. I said don't I get credit for the tea? She stopped and went to the woman with the headphones on, came back, and said I had to order the tea to get credit. Headphones, the heavyset lady was the same person who took my order the day before. HORRIBLE customer service. HOW COULD A PERSON LIKE THAT BE IN CHARGE!

My drink was not filled to the top. This was pretty pretty upsetting. I am likely to no longer return to this establishment.

If you like watery coffee and breakfast sandwiches that are consistently cold in the middle and made with American cheese (yuk) then this is the place for you! The thing with Hawaii (specifically the big island) is that the competition is very low. Open a restaurant and serve some food that’s mostly edible and you’ll be a success. Oahu and Maui have much more competition so they have to have better food options.

The half sweet vanilla bean cold brew is liquid perfection.

I call in the corporate office of this chain, this was a franchise. I was kind of disappointed with my purchase, I'm used to going to Starbucks and their standard coffee to me has a good taste. And coffee Bean they were brewing their light roast and to me it was like cheap donut shop coffee. This location needs to make better choices on the standard blend that they offer to people, but maybe that's what's popular in this area? The other problem I'm having with a lot of fast food restaurants on the big island is none of the businesses want to make restrooms available to anybody, so if you're a traveler on the road you almost need to find a bush. The businesses and the government in Hawaii need to realize that people need to use a restroom so if businesses aren't allowed to let gas use the restroom then the government needs to find an alternative

Ordered a ice blended drink with almond milk. It was so so good and the employees were very friendly 😊

Drinks are ok just seems like they're really sweet and sort of artificial tasting. They can do in a pinch just don't expect it to taste a certain way and maybe you won't be disappointed.
