12-4-22/550 pm. Just came out from the coffee tea shop at kamakana alii and their customer service girl is horrendous. All I can say is that she gave an attitude that was very not customer oriented. I usually go to Starbucks but happen to be there and needed something hot. - all I can say is their customer service girl there - at that that time - was not very friendly at all. - when asking about the different teas they have she just pointed to all the teas on the shelf - I can hardly see what’s on the top shelf with small lettering. - when asked what the difference between latte and regular tea, she seemed irritated. - Very sad customer service - and I’m local. No aloha spirit at all!!!!!! I think I’m gonna write to corporate as well.

I love the lattes from here...💯 times better than Starbucks. Service is super quick and I love that it's open at 8am so I can get coffee before I start work at the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement at 9am.

Every time I come here it is always a positive experience! Great customer service, employees are very friendly and the line goes way quicker than you think! They also have good coffee :)

Love this location. The young adults are so full of good energy, give great service and made it so enjoyable with their conversations and service that we stayed to sit for a bit.

Super cute place, love their specials. Just wish they would have more variety when it comes to sugar free flavors.

Lilikoi iced tea is really good!!! Highly recommend. Not too sweet and not bitter at all. I don’t usually like flavored iced tea but this was good. Weird part is I couldn’t sample the tea first because it comes prepackaged or proportioned I guess. So is it real? Or just made ahead of time early in the morning? I don’t know. It was really good and they have a good selection of pastries. I would definitely get a drink here again. I hope the tea is fresh.

My girlfriend step in one of my favorite places and brought me a delicious and delightful cold brew.
I loved it.

From the moment we walked in Samantha had an attitude. I’m assuming she was annoyed because she had to stop talking with her coworkers to help us. She was so rude, and kept rolling her eyes. Usually all the Coffee Bean workers here are amazing, but she ruined that. I recommend driving a couple of minutes away to the one in Foodland, their team is always so sweet!

I started visiting Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf more because Starbucks hasn’t had any of my favorite iced teas or drinks in months & (basically the entire summer) & also there really isn’t any other nice cafés or places to get a nice coffee around Kapolei. I really enjoyed the Pumpkin Spice blended drink so I decided to try it again. I found it a bit odd the barista never asked if I wanted it hot, iced or blended. It’s difficult enough trying to communicate through masks, so I think it would be helpful if they at least asked prior to making the drink. I ended up getting an iced pumpkin spice latte & told the barista that was not what I wanted. I wanted the pumpkin spice blended drink, so she takes the other drink back & pulls two long shots then pours it over ice, adds the mix & blends it. She never acknowledges her mistake or apologizes & seemed to be rushing to get me in & out. There were a few people who came in after me but there wasn’t a long line & it wasn’t super busy so there was no need to go at a hasty pace. I also forgot to mention I wanted almond milk in my drink but again I was never asked what type of milk I wanted or if regular milk was ok (in this case I would have said no, almond milk please). Then she proceeds to tell me it’s a $1.04 I’m like ok, so I left a $1.10 back on the register & walked back over the pick up counter to wait for the drink to finish. I hope CB&TL management reads this feedback & train your younger staff on customer experience. There are levels of customer service & expectations especially if you want to maintain a loyal, regular patron. Please facilitate a training for your employees & for the love of God please have your workers cover their hair with hairnets or put there long hair up into a ponytail or hat, it isn’t professional or sanitary especially in a food establishment. Mahalo!

Decent quality for price. Staff is friendly but can be distracted at times. Lack of variety of vegan offerings is a big reason i don't come often. Great for non vegans looking for a treat.
