The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Ka Makana Ali'i

I come here regularly for a quick cup or to hang out. I've always had good service, greeted upon entry if they're not too busy. Orders are ready fast and employees answer my questions with no hesitation. Dining area is always clean and there's no wet rag smell. So far, food has been good and served in a timely manner.

I've never been to TCB&TL before as I am a Starbucks person. This location in particular have military discount but you gotta ask, one thing that SB does not honor. But they charged me for a cup of ice water which SB always gives out for free. I ordered honey oatmilk Latte (which is my usual go to at SB) and man, it was another charge for both honey and oatmilk. Taste wise, it was okay. It just got expensive because of all the extra charges like almost $3.

It was 9:53 AM on a Saturday Morning when I visited this location and I'm glad to walk into a place that had friendly & energized Baristas. They greet you right when you enter & as you exit out. I purchased the Turkey Burrito & It was delicious. Thank you to Quentin for being patient with me for asking if I needed a stamp card and to reheat my food. Thank you to the other Barista for making the perfect Dark Chocolate Chai Iced Latte & Bloody Orange Cold Brew Tea. You are all awesome team players at this location making me a happy gal.

First time trying the coffee from this company. When I walked in I wasn't sure what I wanted. The lady at the counter was very helpful. She asked if I prefer coffee or tea, then asked me if I wanted hot or cold, then made a suggestion and told me all the flavors. The white chocolate latte is delicious!

Not enough ice in iced matcha almond milk latte. Had some sort of salt which was unexpected, then it grew on me. Wish prices a little lower.

Coffee every morning on our vacation... okay, Sometimes twice day. Anyone who has been to Alaska knows we are picky about our coffee. Great coffee, awesome service. Very clean too. Ginel was awesome ♡

Was very busy, but the staff were working quick. I ordered the midnight mocha which was very sweet. Not much coffee taste to it.

They had good plantation ice tea. Good mix of tea and pineapple juice.

I was treated like garbage today from the girl named Alexis behind the counter. I wasn't even greeted. She just stared at me for a cool 10 seconds with her blank face until I decided to speak up. After I ordered my food and coffee she didn't even ask me if I wanted something else. I was just ordered to put my card in the machine. She had a pissed off look on her mug. I called her out and she said "I'm tired". OH WELL, GET OVER IT OR QUIT!!!!
