Best location I've been to in Hawaii for certain. Incredible staff that shows great knowledge of their product and genuine care for their customers. I go early morning and no matter who is working they are awesome. Definitely a reflection of good management in either they have an eye for good employees or they just train them really well. The only downside is that it doesn't have a drive thru

Make you smile because they are serving your coffee with extra cares and lots of smiles. there are over 15 coffee shop in Kapolei area but this shop inside the food land is the BEST. When they serve you, they are not just completing a business transaction, There are exchange of smiles and genuine care that pours into your cup of tea/coffee. Great place to visit if you want to up your mood.

Came in on Saturday 3/31/18, at around 520 ish. Ordered two drinks and waited 15 minutes. The girl that was working didn’t even announce that our drinks were ready. She saw that we were waiting for awhile and didn’t even call it out. After she gave a customer who she helped after us their drinks I went to the counter to ask her if our drinks were made when I saw they had been sitting on the counter for god knows how long... very bad customer service skills.... if you see a customer looking at you and you were finished you should have said something... not just ignore them or atleast call it out so we know it’s done. I manage a food place and this is something you learn when you first get hired! Irritating...

Love the taste of their coffees. But as I've aged. lol I have found that it's gotten to strong for me. Even decaffeinated is to strong for me now. So carry on you warriors. Have at it. I just can't 😔. Enjoy

I go everyday and the workers are the best! They know me by name and know my drink which is English Breakfast Tea extra sweet. They are the most friendliest and hard-working CBTL workers. I've been to others and this one just surpasses them all. They take the time to always smile and make you feel welcomed. I want to say thanks to all of you at Kapolei Foodland CBTL for all that you do!

Love Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. My favorite all time Plantation Ice Tea and the Lilikoi Muffin (Warmed). the service is always friendly and one of the few places that still offer rewards as a "Stamped" card.

No coffee at 3:45 in the afternoon.
