Great vibe, great drinks. I mainly drink straight espresso. This place has the best espresso I’ve tasted outside of Italy. Talented baristas, glad I found it so early on during my stay on big island.

Ube latte is life!!! We went here 3 times in 4 days... I regret nothing. The staff is super friendly and it is a great place to hangout, drink some AMAZING coffee, and plan out your day's adventures.

Spam musabi was delish. Haupia latte was great. Nice artsy vibe.

Staff were super friendly and nice. They were just about to close up when they saw me walking up (I didn't realize they closed at 2:30PM) and opened the door saying they'll take my order. That itself was much appreciated.
The decor is nice and the mushroom latte I had was good as well. I've always loved going to coffee shops especially when I went to NYC, so this was a nice vibe. You'd think we'd have more coffee shops here in Kona. Glad this one opened up~ They have vegan options for food as well!!

The bar topper, which I think might be a slab of Monkeypod, is absolutely fabulous!
The size is phenomenal, what? 3 inches thick? It must certainly weigh a lot, I give credit to those who put in the blood, sweat, and tears to produce such a fine piece of furniture.
It must not have been easy to source such an extraordinary slab of local wood. The owner sure has great taste.
I also had a blended coffee and I really liked it. Thanks!

I can’t speak to the specialty drinks but the espresso was outrageous and the drip coffee just as terrible. We ended up throwing both of them away. In a island of great coffee and coffee shops you should avoid this place at all costs if you just want to sip some decent Kona coffee.

Not your ordinary coffee house! Delicious lilikoi drinks and musabi. A definite must do.

Don’t know what the buzz is about. (1) coffee was good but not life changing. Iced ube latte was very sweet so I’d ask for less sugar next time. Also ube latte cost like $7…. I know Hawaii is expensive but this one still hurts! (2) other food items were subpar imo. So-called “avo toast” only has a thin layer of avocado spread on the toast (I was expecting a few real cuts of avocado pieces!) very disappointing. Spicy crab misumi was ok but not great. (3) Ordering line can get long. They have a few tables inside and some modest outdoor seating. (4) overall it does the positive “young locals hangout spot vibe” with expensive food/drinks that may make you look richer than you really are.

Got an iced ube latte and a chocolate croissant. We had to wait more than 15min for the drink even tho we were the only ones in the store. The ube latte was just gross tasted like a bitter iced latte and no ube flavor. The croissant was cold and stale tasted like it’s been sitting in box for a week. Also all of their items were extremely overpriced. This place is for taking pictures of your food but the taste is actually bad.

Greatest cafe to visit! Awesome vibes with great music (and sometimes artists who come play!!) and great service. Leah helped me with all my needs while I was there, and would 100% recommend her to anyone. Mahalo!!
