Really cute coffee shop near Kona. Drinks were delicious. It was my first time there, and kids already want to go back. Highly recommended!

The Haupia foam Nitro was pretty good as was the Ube latte. However the "avocado toast" was a big let down. Was just a very thick piece of bread with just a very light smear of smashed avocado topped with sprouts and seaweed flakes. Definitely not worth the price.

This place has great service. Ordering was easy as staff was friendly and able to greet and speak to you as a real person compared to other place with people who didn't want to work or have to work. As usual I asked what was popular on their menu and we ended up with a hico-tini with ube sweet cream, and a blueberry lavender cold brew with sweet cream as well. For food we choose spicy crab musabi and a turkey cheese panini. The rice in the Musabi was a little undercooked for my liking, almost crunchy. The turkey panini was good except I would have preferred a choice of bread as I like my paninis on white bread versus the whole grain that I received.

We accidentally came across this beautiful café to kill time. Turned out it was THE BEST café we had across Hawaii! Nice place to have a sip of Kona coffee. They had very creative combinations of ube and coffee that I loved the most.
I especially loved the vibe in the café, they got plenty of tables indoor and outdoor with power plugs. A great place to chill or kill time!

Started today looking forward to a coconut rose latte but they were out. And when I ordered it, they couldn’t find the rewards they sent me to my email address. Then bought a $75 hoodie and ordered two sandwiches. 30 minutes later, They brought one sandwich and didn’t have record of the second one. And I don’t know what customer service is… but they could have given me a sandwich on the house since now I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make a Turkey and cheese. 🤦🏼♀️ But I paid for it. 🤦🏼♀️ not the best experience today.

We came in multiple times during our stay in Hawaii, and we absolutely enjoyed the drinks/ambience there. They can get a bit busy, but good thing it was rainy one of the days so we managed to get some seats outside to enjoy our coffee. They also carry some really comfy merchandise as well. I really recommend their haupia latte, featured cold brew, and their ube sweet cream cold brew as well!

Discovered this little place last year and it's become our new coffee spot since our favorite one closed down. Love the atmosphere. Very millennial vibe. 😁 Rotating specials. Local food & coffee. Everything is decent here. The ube cream with matcha is my favorite. Hubby likes their malasadas. Only complaint is there is always a line.

HICO coffee is an eclectic coffee joint. The coffee selections here are fantastic. We tried both Ube latte and turmeric latte. Quite potent stuff. The panini and avocado toast could have been less salt and on better kind of bread instead.
Otherwise, if you come here for coffee, it’s the place.

The best vibe we had in Kona, we didn't wanna leave. Great coffee and food, their decoration is very cool and very nice people work there & they had a guitar in there you could play. It was a great experience, I definitely will come back!! Try it out

Had a really good experience here! I got the toast w/ bananas, almond butter, and honey. It was delicious and a nice, sweet breakfast! A nice thick slice of bread. Also got an iced latte, which was very yummy. Lots of nice-sounding options. Boyfriend got a panini, which was a bit too cheesy, but still quite good. And a cold brew, which was also pretty good. It's cool that they do musubis! It's cool and yummy that they do ube lattes/cold brew foam! Very pretty and a unique and fun option. Love the vibes and the indoor/outdoor seating. Also lots of good quality and trendy merch.
