Line was short and quick. The coffee was about the same as we've gotten anywhere else here, good but nothing crazy special. The pastries 😍😍😍 the spinach cheese one was so good! The guava malasada was soooo yummy. And the danishes! Definitely worth trying.

Maleko makes a lot of interesting pastries. I love the ham cheese and mushroom turnover, the breakfast croissants, malasadas, cookies...

Stale tasting pastries and really bad oat cappuccino. It was just a lot of milk and no foam or enough coffee.. We had to go to another coffee store and get another shot of coffee added to it. No value for this price.

I saw all the great reviews.. so I ordered via Grubhub. Plain Malasadas ( which are my favorite), a frappe, and a blueberry scone. The malasadas were so dense, cold, and not light and airy. they were not like malasadas I’ve had from Leonard’s or from bakeries in the NS. These were not good I was so upset. My frappe was good tasting but huge chunks of ice and was chewing most of my drink. Haven’t had my blueberry scone yet, but I’m hoping it’s good.
UPDATE. Blueberry scone was good!

Best latte I’ve had on island so far. I liked the cozy atmosphere and all the yummy pastries. I will go back to try the pizza 🍕. Quick service will have me going back soon.

You can’t beat pastries made from scratch and cheap coffee. We’ve been here almost a week and I think I came every day. The pizza was damn good as well.

Such a nice little coffee shop, and one of the few that opens really early. Perfect place to visit before a long day of cycling! The pastries are delicious.

Coffee was not bad and the macaroon was delicious. +1 for friendly owner who we had a great chat with.

It's okay. And that's, okay. I was looking for a bagel, and they said no, don't have. They recommend a bear claw, and it was good. But then they also recommended a "malasada" with your choice of filling. And if you noticed, I wrote malasada in quotes. The quotes is because there is nothing about it that is a malasada aside from maybe the ingredients, but this was a jelly doughnut. It was a good jelly doughnut, but labeling it a malasada is lame. The mango filling - was okay, it was good. But malasada this was not, it was a jelly doughnut.

Pastries were ok. Close to me, but not as good as Pastries at Kona bakery.
