Illy Caffe

Went there today and ordered and the cashier was very rude.i thought he was the owner or manager but when i asked the other employee she said he's just another employee. How do u get a customer to go to your coffee shop if your employees are not educated and doent know how to talk.
If I was a bad person I should've just lef everything I ordered and say I didn't want anymore but I still did .bad experience

I like this spot. Right in the middle of Ala Moana. Stopped for a Pistachio gellato and cappuccino. Staff was friendly and patient although they were busy. Delicious

Nice place, very on brand with other Illy Cafes I have been to. Nice classic Italian style coffees. Strong. Nice little area to sit as well.

still under Covid restrictions??? seriously!!!.. will not give samples... when will that end it's 2023...

Not up to their usual to wu as lity.muffin was stale and staff were not familiar with ingredients.

OMG my first marocchino … fantastic!!!!

The workers require additional training for making cappuccinos. Too much milk in the drink, almost like a latte. Disappointing for the high price

Terrible coffee. Super watery. Very disappointed.

Gelato was pretty good though.
