Daylight Donuts

I came by earlier this week for some cake donuts (which are my favorite) and they were burnt and crispy. I came back a couple days later and they did not have any at all! To make matters worse, I saw a woman in the kitchen coughing on the donuts! I contacted the manager and she was very nice and told me that she was not in charge of making the donuts. She gave me her boss’s number and i called them multiple times and they never returned my calls! I am now considering calling corporate..the bathrooms also looked very ran down, it’s like they stopped in the middle of renovating and it was very warm on the inside. It is very clear they don’t care about their store, our complaints, and what the employees are doing. I do not plan on coming back!

Went in at 6 AM. Yesterdays donuts at todays prices. Not a horrible thing. Old donuts just have that thing about them. Wrong kind of crisp. The staff of one was polite. I didn't see anyone in the kitchen.

It's sad that this establishment even calls itself a Donut Shop. The selection is extremely lacking,and of the half dozen Bavarian Cream and other "filled " donuts we ordered, NONE of them were actually filled! They barely had ANY filling,and it was only in small lopsided pockets of the donuts. Don't waste your time or money going here. It's a shame that there are no REAL donut shops in town.

Sam was amazing. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to write on two doughnuts for us. He didn't have to do it but he showed he has passion to please the customer. Diana was a joy to talk to. This place also has amazing doughnuts but the people make everything better!

Been here lots of times. Donuts are all delicious! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always have suggestions for when you just can't decide. Clean restrooms and store. Will be back for sure! Go here when ever I get the chance. Always a great selection and great flavors!!!

My 1st time coming here, went inside it was so hot and humid inside that the employees where basically drenched in sweat. Never had a donut here so I can't rate how they taste. My intentions where to purchase some but after seeing how sweaty they were, hair sticking to their face. I left. My husband ordered an ice coffee because he felt bad but ended up giving it back because it was horrible and got a refund.

I placed an order for a dozen donuts the day before I needed them. I gave them all my contact information and they told me it would be ready in the morning at 7:30. I arrived at the store to pick the order up at 7:30 and the store was very nasty. There were dust pans everywhere and trash all over the place. LEIGH answered the door and said they were closed all day due to difficulties. LEIGH was very rude- after letting me know the problem she shut the door in my face. Not once did they try to contact me to let me know about my order. I called to get more information and talked to JENNA and when I told the lady who I was she hung up on me! When I tried to call back, no one would answer the phone. HOLT'S DONUTS NOW HAS MY BUSINESS!!!

Caramel doughnut was great..fresh..and hit the spot!! Mocha frap was good as well. The girl tried thinning out our smoothies and added water instead of smoothie mix..resulting in a water down tasting drink...might be new ill always return!! Always worth going back for!!!

Good donuts if you go in the morning but customer service is terrible, cashiers treat you like an inconvenience and have serious attitude, dirty looks on their faces.

Got there at 6 a.m. all the lights were out in the store set there for 15 minutes call their other store in Hahira and was told they would get someone right away down there set there another half hour no one's there. Call hahira again and they said they would be someone there eventually that they forgot they had to work or something. Not the first time this has happened. Went down the street 2 Holts and there was 7 people working . Crazy I know ....daylight seems to be headed for twilight.
