Daylight Donuts

Traveling through Valdasta and some of my companions really was in the mood for some good donuts. Looking around we found this place. Some of the reviews had me scratching my head but decided over all to give it a try. The staff was very helpful and kind, steady customers and fresh delicious donuts. 🍩

The donuts are delicious. I really like how the donuts have glaze all over and not just on the top.

This crew, led by their Mgr., I call her Ms. "D", is absolutely very courteous, professional and so very family friendly, even the new hires. I'd had a very rough week this week and they helped to pick me up with their laughter. Thanks to the owner for bringing them in 🍩 🍩. Oh yeah, l💗veee😋😋😋😋 the coffee ☕. Gotta have it every morning.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Also the donuts are always fresh and taste amazing. I never realized how fresh as we have been a repeat customer for a good month now. So I asked which donut wouldn't be as messy for my kids as we were about to go in a little road trip. She said the iced with dino sprinkles would probably be best cuz they were frosted 2 hours ago and had time to sit. So literally the oldest donuts there were 2 hours old lol . Enough said. Headed there right now for my morning fix :)

The blonde girl behind the counter must be court ordered to be there - I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully by any employee anywhere ever.. they only had five kinds of donuts left and those were dried out. No masks, but lots of signs up letting customers know that they aren't taking any preventative measures so... Okedokey.
I don't know what happened to this place. It use to knock your socks off, but now it's awful. So sad.

If you like rude employees and customers, go there. You'll feel like you weren't invited. Especially when there's a woman getting a three boxes, she comes first everyone else can wait including KIDS. Kids can't say excuse me and ask to see the doughnuts, she comes first because she's getting there boxes.
So for an establishment to be ride to kids and support their equally rude customers, is crazy. They lost this customer.

Went in the other day and When the manager, Jena, and her worker Brianna C. dealt with me in Drive Thru they worked as a team and made sure it was right. Very thankful because I was in a rush. Definitely coming back.

I have never had a bad experience at Daylight donuts until today. My husband and I pull to drive through window we wait for 10 minute. No one comes to the window we pull off and leave. I called back to see if there were a wait time the lady told me yes it's when I get finish with the customer inside. Now if I'm not mistaken its polite to at least let the people know I will be right with you they wont feel ignored. So like I said we left but I really want donuts so we went back and I decide to go in, make my order as well as ask for the manager. The lady inside says I am the manager do you want my boss number I said yes and of course she gave me the number to the shop, but at this point I'm really mad because the glove she had on she use it to write down the number then grabbed my donuts and not only that the rudest thing that was done I handed her my money she took my change and placed it on the counter instead of on my hand. Customer service is needed. Much as I love Daylight donuts Dixie Cream will get my money.

I am never disappointed with their donuts, service, or the cleanliness of the establishment. The only time I'm ever sad is when they run out! 😂 The staff is always courteous and willing to help. Their donuts are delicious!

Wow I mean I usually don't even like doughnuts, I'm not particularly into sweets at all but this place is something truly special. Heavenly doughnuts always fresh and soft with a ton of variety of specialty types like my favorite red velvet. If you like doughnuts them this is a must try ASAP
