Ellianos Coffee Company

I live close so I visit this Ellianos somewhat frequently. It's pretty hit or miss depending on who is working at the time. Sometimes my drink is nothing like it's supposed to be or has things left off or out of it if there's newer employees. Today, I tried the Snickerdoodle Breve for the first time, I got it iced, it is really 😊😊! It has a great balance of sweet and coffee flavor which is how I like my drinks. I recommend trying I!

Awesome coffee and bagels. The team is wonderful and give quick service. Small drive through and very busy may be a minute but a good brewed bean is worth the wait! There is a Loyalty Reward Card

You want to hear it? Kind staff, with good recommendations... i asked the proprietor what specials they have and she said the roasted pecan drip coffee. I'm happy!

This is the slowest coffee experience I for some reason put myself through about once a month. The coffee its pretty good most of the time but the time it takes to get your “pretty good” coffee is not worth it to me :/

I was so excited to get my coffee for the night (decaf) from my favorite coffee shop, off of Baytree. I have been waiting all day and I couldn’t get there until 7:10pm, they closed at 8:00. The coffee shop looked closed down when I pulled up and the girl came to the window looking annoyed that my friends and I were even there. She said she couldn’t make our coffee and was rude about it, I was buying 4 in total. This is a major disappointed since I don’t live in the area and it usually is a treat for all of us. I am sure the owner would be upset to know their customers were treated this way.

Took 15 minutes while the lady was on her phone texting and talking on the phone to come back and tell us they were out of eggs. All that was ordered was 2 coffees and egg bites. She added sugar when we asked for no sugar. Poor service.

A delicious nonfat latte; a welcome change from the larger coffee shops. The ladybug 🐞 seal on the top added to the delight. Yes, the little details matter! Thanks! 😊

Just moved to Valdosta from Nashville, TN and have visited Ellianos numerous times now within the 3 weeks I've been here, (I've already fully stamped a loyalty card and have redeemed a free drink if that tells you anything). I've had nothing but an excellent experience every time I go there and the staff is always super friendly – I typically order a guilt free freeze and on one occasion one of the workers took her time to make fresh sugar free whip when they didn't have any – stellar customer service! On another note, the breakfast croissants are also amazing (and for only $4??). If you don't mind waiting an extra couple of minutes than a typical Starbucks visit (because these people take your order at the window and make your food and drink to-order... ya know, fresh..) and want superb customer service and coffee, then I'd highly recommend Ellianos.

Prices are going sky high and there's some shady business practices going on here as the menu says one price and they charge you much higher prices for each drink. When you question about it or ask for the manager the manager is never there and they always blame it on corporate. I would think corporate would give him new menus with the updated pricing. Also now their free drink program is based off of your order instead of the quantity of drinks so if you buy five drinks you only get one stamp towards your 12 "drinks". I've been going here for a long time for my coffees, but I doubt I'll go here any longer.
