The ladies were awesome and kind and the coffee and food was great

My first visit, and I am impressed. The employees were friendly and treated me like a guest, not just a customer. I tried the Rafael, a dark mocha & caramel frappe. It was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness with that hint of mocha as a finishing note. I will definitely visit again soon.

Excellent coffee fresh brewed, hot, clear and robust, without any bitterness. I also love their rewards punch card. Won't be long and I'll have a free large awaiting. Wonderful a friendly staff, and all of this at half the price of others. What a lovely find thank you

It's inside a church which I didn't realise when we pulled off the interstate. Rolled up during Sunday service, which is fine but I was a little dressed down.

The service was very friendly. The coffee is merely ok. Shame, cause the logo looks pretty cool. Still better than 80% of the coffee out there, but I recommend not going during Sunday service.

The drink was messed up two times they gave me a hard time about redoing it. However once we got the coffee it was outstanding. Thank goodness I don't live in Valdosta and have to deal with the poor customer service daily.

I went to try the guac spread. Someone approached me before the window. I told them I’d never been there and needed to pull up so I could see the menu. They pulled out an incomplete menu without prices instead and info about $1 frapps. I ordered a quad latte and a bagel with guac. When I got to the window I was confused how my order equaled 9$ once I could actually see prices. Apparently much of what I ordered was extra, which would’ve been fine, had I been able to see the menu and agree ahead of time. The first thing I’m told is they are OUT OF AVO SPREAD. I’ve already paid so they replace it with ham egg and cheese. When I get my coffee it’s lukewarm. Even though I’ve sipped it, they don’t remake it, and instead reheat it to “mildly warm.”

I pull out my breakfast sandwich as I drive down the road to discover a sad, dry of cream cheese, not bothered to be toasted or cut sandwhich. I go back to request a container of cream cheese.

I regret going to this place SO BADLY. The coffee is actually decent, despite being cold. The stickers are cute? Only redeeming quality qualities

Decent coffee. Open space inside a church lobby. Great place for getting work done (in house refills on cold brew), but maybe not so much for deep conversation with friends.

The best coffee in town and great customer service. All of the Red Owls here in Valdosta are awesome. I just wish they had a store on the south side of town.

We enjoy their coffee and customer service but they never seem to be open. They would be 4.0 stars for us if they were open more and a 5 if they had a drive thru.
