Krispy Kreme

Have had a couple orders through the drive thru wrong. The mistakes were still delicious. If their donuts weren't so good, I'd give fewer stars. Staff always nice.

We used the Statesboro Krispy Kreme for our Softball Fundraiser. I can not explain what a great experience it was to deal with them. I have done other fundraisers with other Krispy Kreme stores, but this by far was the best. They were quick to answer the phone everytime I called. They were always friendly and very helpful. They were right on time for the delivery which was 6am. Thanks again!!! Your store ROCKS!!

Well just stopped to get some chocolate iced glazed doughnuts and the girl said they don't have any???? What in the world...she said the doughnuts coming off the line are to hot ??? to put chocolate glaze on them...when will you have more??? They all looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders...then she went and asked someone in back and they said 45 minutes...don't think so...got alot of teenagers running this location...didn't see a manager anything....obviously they don't have clue what their doing....very disappointed!!!

Do not get the Reese’s peanut butter donut! Waste of money and not tasteful!

Oh my beloved KK...I usually drive to Savannah (89 miles) to get my fix. However I decided to go to Statesboro (101 miles) to see my cousin. I ordered 2 mixed dozen and 4 singles..1 for each person in the car(a few cents shy of $30.00) I got to the drive thru...the lady was very nice(2 stars) I pulled to an empty space to check the bag..2 were missing. So I got back in line..had about 7 cars ahead of me and when I got to the speaker I explained that I just ordered 2 mixed dozen and 4 singles but only got 2 singles..got to the window and was charged again for the missing ones.. $3.77. I got the
New York cheesecake one...hands down the worst I ever tasted..I threw away 5 doughnuts and gave a friend the other mixed dozen...hope that doesn't end our friendship. I am not going to say that I will stop buying KK but I will travel to Savannah from now on and wait for the "hot" sign to come on.

Found peanut butter filled doughnuts, delicious. Hadn't seen any in 18 years.
I had a buy one get one free but it stated for glazed but they let me get any type I wanted. Great.

I wouldn't go back here if you paid me. I have never been so uncomfortable or felt unwanted in an establishment in my entire life. My husband and I recently moved to Statesboro and were very excited to know we had a Krispie Kreme nearby, but this visit killed any desire for KK ever again. We were completely ignored even after speaking to the cashier, she looked at me and said nothing. Yeah, the management or owners need to get with these employees and stress the importance of customer service and satisfaction.

I tried their coffee for the first time on National Coffee Day. 4 stars for the free java that was the perfect strength. I wish they had coffee cup sleeves for the HOT java and perhaps the doughnut makers should where hair net's too.

Man these doughnuts are the absolute best. I love them!!! Service always great but even if it wasn't great customer service the taste of the doughnuts is amazing.

Doughnuts are never fresh despite the orange light being on. My doughnuts are always cold and hard.
