Kind & courtesy staff. Very clean. Staff made suggestions and answered question about the differant kinds of donuts, drinks,and also explained the Krispy Kreme reward app. Also explained the survey and I received a free dozen of glazed donuts for doing the survey when given a code afterwords. The donuts were hot and delicious! Satisfied the craving. 😀

Placed a pick up order for the wrong time, called in to adjust the order time (original order was at 6:45a but I needed it at 7:45a- just an hour later!). Was told that they'd have to cancel the original order so I could place the new one.
This wouldn't be a problem, but I was told AFTER the fact that the original charge would remain on my account for 7-10 days. I know refund timelines can be crazy, and that isn't Krispy Kreme's fault.
That being said, I didn't place the new order. There's no reason for a double charge to be placed on a person's card when the order time could have simply just been adjusted.

Great donuts but as usual slow/poor service at drive thru. Might just be their system but they always have an issue with the coupons. They encourage you to join the rewards program but it takes entirely too long to process your discounts.

The absolutely best doughnuts I've ever eat. The hot now sign was on and they were so hot I had to hold the doughnut with a napkin .They were delicious thank you Krispy Kreme . the service was excellent and I will be back.bI highly recommend this business..

Twice they've ran out of glazed doughnuts. I can understand a gas station running out of gas, they don't have a refinery in the back but this is where they literally make doughnuts and they've failed me not once but twice

Waited 10 minutes for 6 doughnuts on a Sunday morning at 1030am. The employee filling orders just couldn't get it right. I was the second person to actually hand my receipt to the manager to receive my order. It wasn't even busy. For the price of their doughnuts, we shouldn't have to wait in the dining room while people in the drive through get quicker service. $9 for 1/2 dozen assorted that weren't even warm.

Went at 9:45am. Got a dozen (for my kids) and 6 extra. I asked the person taking my order to make me up a dozen for children, "with jelly filled, creamed filled, all different kinds please" and the other 6 were Chocolate covered-creme filled. Well the 12 for my kids had 2 jelly filled (both the same kind) 2 creme filled (both the same kind as well) and the rest were just regular doughnuts with sprinkles... and they were all repeats... the 6 chocolate covered-creme filled were so cold that the creme hurt my teeth and they were only 1/3 filled with creme and 1 had NO CREME!!. I was so disgusted that after biting them all to FIND THE CREME I just threw them away. What a damn JOKE! $24 for 6 hard cold doughnuts and 12 "blah" repeat doughnuts after asking for all different kinds with jellies and creme. What a waste of my TIME and MONEY... Stay away!!!!!!

Good doughnuts. But what impressed me is the lady at the drive thru handed me amd drink that was a little over filled she layed paper towels on top and apologized for the over fill. Most places just throw you a over filled cup with no napkins much less a sorry. I didn't get her name but you go girl
