Krispy Kreme

My husband and I went in last Friday. We ordered 12 cream filled donuts. When we got home to Guyton Ga. We tried to eat one. They were day old for sure. No way the got that way by 3:00 in the afternoon. That was our last trip
To Statesboro Krispy Kreme!!!!

Donuts were ok. Hot sign on but donuts weren't even warm

Horrible just horrible stood in the lobby for 5 min before a delivery driver let them know we where out there then there is only a few donuts and the machine wasn't making donuts. And it was only 4:45pm and there open until 10 pm. Then the lady told us when I asked for a dozen regular glazed and a dozen chocolate glazed that the only donuts they have is what was in the window and they would not be making anymore. Really? What's up with that? Those are the only donuts I eat and only eat KK donuts will not eat any other kind. The walls where filthy the floor was sticky what is going on here? So unfortunately I will never go back to the statesboro Krispy Kreme. I am so disappointed with the sheer laziness of the employees. I cant believe that Krispy Kreme can stand for this kind of behavior. So if you want KK donuts make the drive to savannah to hit the one on abercorn street. But as far as statesboro goes stay away if you don't want to be let down. Also bathroom was nasty and smelled bad.

ANOTHER "GO WOKE, GO BROKE!" This place was pretty decent until they decided to go "All inclusive" "muh diversity"! Employees have seriously awful attitudes & are SLOW, donuts are stale- this seems to be "the thing" now in good ole Statesboro- won't be back after this

Great customer service. I even got a blanket.

The light was on and I pull in and when I got to the window the light was off and they gave me some COLD doughnuts. I very upset about that. I do believe people was pulling in because the HOT light was on and it's dang shame you can't get what you paid for. You got me once, but you want get me again. The cashier was very not helpful at all. Shut the doors if you are not going to take care of your customers

Placed an online order through the krispy kreme app. Door Dash calls me and says when she arrived to pick up my order they told her they were doing something to the machines and they didn't have donuts available. Tried calling the store to cancel the order but of course no one answers the phone. I don't know how I'm supposed to cancel it or how I'm going to get my money back. Krispy Kreme, if you don't have donuts available, stop letting people place orders and pay.

Always love the light on experience, for the HOT ones.

Donuts are always fresh and the staff are really friendly!

Donuts were good as usual but Drive thru line was very slow.
