Literally just left Krispy Kreme, ordered a half dozen. The donuts were tiny and hard, so small they decided to through a couple extra hard donuts in there. Wish I would've checked before I left. This is absurd. 9 bucks for this?🤦🏾 Never again! I hate leaving these types of reviews!

Returned this morning and spoke with the manager. They were quick to make things rught and gave us fresh and proper donuts.

I went here today because I wanted to try the new Biscoff lover’s dozen. Unfortunately, I sat in the drive thru for a little over 15 MINUTES (4:56pm-5:13pm) and ended up leaving without any donuts at all. When I arrived, there were 6 cars in the drive thru. When I decided to finally leave, only 2 had been served, making it 4 still in front of me and another 5 cars had pulled up behind me. For the ‘hot light’ to be on at the time I pulled in, it seemed as if they had no donuts ready or available at all.

Went through the drive-through and ordered two original glazed, a blueberry, and three raspberry filled doughnuts. Person over the speaker read out our order and swapped a raspberry with a lemon filled. We explained
we didn’t get any lemon doughnuts and the employee told us the order again with the right doughnuts. After pulling up to the window, the worker said the order again but with a lemon doughnut again. We explained our original order again, and he explained that the receipt would say lemon but we would still get raspberry. When we got our box, it had not one, but three lemon filled doughnuts instead of raspberry filled. Mistakes happen, but multiple corrections of the order and then getting three times the amount of incorrect doughnuts does not make sense.

Great employees that display the greatest attitudes in customer service. There's never a long wait. My drinks and pastries are always done correctly and are always fresh!

Nice customer service, terrible glazed donuts. My advice is to check your boxes before you leave. Ordered 2 dozen donuts, the glazed donuts were a quarter of an inch thick and looked like spaghetti Os.

Friendly workers. The donuts were good and fresh. My only complaint which isn't that big of deal but the hot donuts sign was on that's why I stopped because it caught my eye and they were not hot or even warm. I will try them again another day though.

No jelly filled and no creme filled doughnuts without chocolate icing. The lemon filled doughnuts had no, none, zero lemon filling. Go to dunkin if you want a decent doughnut.

Doughnuts were half decorated and hard as a brick. The customer service was terrible!

I love the cake batter donut they have! It's my go to donut :) I always enjoy walking in and seeing the process of making the donuts.

Love Krispy Kreme but this location seems to have real personal problems. Tried to go here before when we first took my daughter up to college and we stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes and no one ever came to wait on us . Tried it again this weekend and no ac , person at the counter was very unfriendly. No napkins anywhere and we could hear the workers complaining how much they hated working there etc. it’s a shame because we really love Krispy Kreme but will avoid this location in the future.
