Service was just ok. I paid $7.34 for a large frozen latte and 2 doughnuts. Was it worth it, NO!!!!! Honestly in my opinion Daylight Donuts is still the best!!!!! And if you want cheap there is always Walmart bakery, they are not Daylight but they are good. 2-$1 add an orange juice and a protein shake, you can be out the door for $5 and some change.

Amazing staff and amazing donuts. The only downfall is that there was only one person working this morning, she was running around fulfilling all the orders. Krispy Kreme, get that girl some help!

Quick, inexpensive. Delivered warm, tasty donuts as promised.
Peppermint Mocha drink 2/5. I'll pass next time on that.

Worst experience of my life, PILES of glaze and rotten donuts EVERYWHERE throughout the kitchen, most of the donuts were half the size they are supposed to be, staff was rude and slow. The donuts had pieces of hard, burnt stuff all over them, the location wasn't even sanitary, this place needs to be shut down by the health department. I have never in my life, until today, gotten home and thrown the food I just purchased, in the trash.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are the best of all yeast doughnuts and I don't like cake doughnuts. Now!

Nice big building, everything smelled and looked clean, the donuts and coffee were fresh and delicious, and the staff was very friendly!

I've been here several times and the first few I could understand because people are new and learning the process of everything KK. I would think that by now, it would be on point. No. This is my first review for this location and 2 stars are generous. The employees are very nice but the doughnuts are a lost cause. I hope things improve soon because flat doughnuts are a disgrace to the KK brand. I'll drive to Augusta to answer the call of the Hot Light.

Update: Returned several times since. Long waits. Out of or hadn't made key regular doughnuts. Hot wasn't hot.

Went today, chocolate glaze didn't cover some of doughnuts. Again hot doughnuts w hot light on were not hot.

Have loved coming to this store. Really gone down hill recently. Hot light not on 8:00, used to be on all morning. Blueberry doughnuts flat. Waited long time with no one in line. Then gave us boxes with glaze all over outside. Will definitely not head over there as often as used to. Our cashier was good, poor girl got no help from others.

Slow at drive thru. Excellent doughnuts. Not all flavors kept ready. Friendly staff.

Make sure you don't order online. They only give the hot and ready donuts to dine in and drive thru. Even if you show up in person, after ordering on the app, and requesting fresh donuts, they will only give you old donuts. The cashier refused to serve fresh donuts even after requesting in person to have fresh donuts.
