This little gem was fantastic!
Our server was great and friendly. The portions are extremely generous and the service was quick. My crab cake eggs benedict was the biggest eggs benedict I've ever seen!!
The grits are thankfully served unseasoned so you can salt and pepper to your own taste (we of course added cheese to ours because cheese!)

Do not waste your time eating here, for many many reasons. One, the only take cash. Yes, they have an ATM. However, it charges $4 to get cash out. Two, our server was absolutely terrible. She never smiled, was very unfriendly and made errors. She put an incorrect order in for someone at our table and while she fixed it eventually, she didn’t explain that that’s what happened. So the first person to get their food at our table, had their food delivered more than 5 minutes before anyone else. By the time the incorrect order was corrected and brought out, the other 3 people at our table were done eating. Typically we would have waited to eat until everyone had their food, but this was not an option here. She did not even offer to discount for the order mistake. Three, 2 people at our table ordered Bloody Mary’s. The drinks were missing several of the ingredients stated on the menu when they were delivered and tasted as if the alcohol was left out as well. Four, the server all of a sudden delivered the check before we asked for it and did not even ask if anyone needed boxes even though we all had food left. Five, we all had food left because the meals were less than impressive. The only pleasant part of this dining experience was the band playing-they were awesome. These Savannah locals will never revisit this restaurant.

We were pretty excited to have breakfast at this place, they were sort of busy when we came in but not super busy, then most people were leaving at the same time, perhaps they are understaffed but our service was not bueno at all…. after ordering took over an hour and a half to get our food and it didn’t came all together, first one dish then a few minutes later other and 45 min after we got our first dish came the last one, 2:15 hrs to get some fried bacon? Really?
When we got our food restaurant was half empty. I don’t understand why took so long, unfortunately quality was bad, cold waffle, cold bacon, and even cold scramble eggs. Ok don’t know if they just had them ready for ages and no one pick them up to bring to our table.
It was a disappointment after being tase by the cool photos on google from the place.
Hope for the future of the restaurant that they improve their service and food quality.
Maybe we were here on a bad day, but for the time we have to wait and the price we have to pay our experience was far from good.

Everything was great! Food, service, atmosphere.
The only thing I can find to pick on is the clothesline bacon. It just tasted like burnt bacon. Didn't have any of the flavors described on the menu. But 18 bucks for 3 slices of bacon, i darn sure ate it.

First time today, we were very disappointed. Small seating area. Grits served slightly warm. Husband very disappointed in chicken and waffles with no seasoning, 1 waffle, 3 slim pieces of chicken for their high price. Egg sandwich had 2 small slices of avocado and 1 slice of bacon, again high priced. Friendly waitress, but never checked on us again for refills or anything after food served. Staff were cleaning to close early so the overpowering smell of cleaning agents had us hurry to eat and leave. They are very overpriced for the amount of food. They take cash only. Pass on this place!

Ordered regular French toast. It was precooked and cold. Not much food for the price. OJ was $6 a small bottle and tasted sour. Upon leaving I seen a waffle which did look good. Even though I try to do local places when traveling. This one was disappointing. Table rocked and person at register which was a man should look for another job. He seemed annoyed to be there and it was no politeness or friendliness. Waitress was nice and pleasant. Also note there is no bathroom marked. You have to ask. It's the middle door.

Wow, most disappointing place in Savannah. Heard lots of good things, then 3 hours of horrendousness. We got to the new location and it was packed. We were referred to the lower River Street with more seating, less wait. We got here and was told 30-45 mins then proceeded to wait an hour and Half because they only 2 servers and told no one. We got seated, got lukewarm food and not one single time did we get a checkup by anyone working there. The highlight? When the owner or manager acknowledged a shirt I was wearing! How's that? Straighten your staff up. You won't be open long. I'm sure your wait staff I nice and kind, but ignoring the customer's the moment after taking the order is NOT good customer service. Never returning!! Not even the upstairs band could change my mind.

Greeter seemed in a bad mood. Waitress was very friendly. Food was all lukewarm except the White Trash Hash and chicken tenders. All food was bland except the crab cake benedict; I would recommend that or basic chicken tenders. The tenders were crispy and hot. This place had a great atmosphere but definitely not worth the pricey meals. The cheese grits wouldn't even melt the cheese. I'm not sure how that happens. The skillets were very tiny except for the one that held the waffle. Overall, it was an okay experience because we had a great waitress, but I will not return. Cash only establishment.

Cash only, Cards are not accepted they have an ATM with a service charge. If that's a deal breaker for you then there are other places that offer good breakfast in the area. It's a deal breaker to me
Staff is friendly.
on average the food is overpriced for what you're getting and the pricing doesn't make sense. For example the chicken and waffles is the same price as the Belgian waffle. It's the same big waffle but the chicken comes with way more meat than the Belgian waffle and both are priced at the same and you'll being paying around $40 for two people.

Food and Service was Phenominal. I had the hungry man breakfast and my wife had the Cuban Sandwich. She said the Cuban sandwich was amazing. Our server recommended it. His service was phenomenal.
