Our experience was somewhat hindered by the server. Our server seemed to be in a rush during our order. We had to give the rest of our order as she was walking away. The food was good but not amazing. We had to ask for our extra items that we ordered and ended up needing to go before our last time (that was forgotten) was ready.

Not a place i would return to for a second try. The food was nothing special as was the service. The music upstairs was the best part of the experience.

The worst service ever. The hostess skipped our group on the wait list. When we complained, she handed us the menus and told us to go upstairs. Took forever to get our food. Everything was cold and the eggs on our plates were all runny. Our server was very sweet but hostess was extremely rude....

Small location, and the food was really good. Wow, and so much. Don't forget to bring cash. No credit cards accepted.

My wife and I had breakfast at their River Street cafe this morning. The old riverfront decor was wonderful and unique. The waitress was wonderful and so friendly. My shrimp and grits, and my wife’s traditional eggs and sausage, with huge buttermilk biscuits were absolutely delicious. We shall be back!

Absolutely Fantastic. The Cafe itself was beautiful, it was rustic/vintage, with a modern touch. The food was even better. They had a good selection and it was delicious. I would suggest trying the “Texas French Toast”. Orange Juice was perfect for breakfast and came straight from the fruit.

This place is the definition of a TOURIST TRAP!! No self-respecting person would go here more than once. I’d rather forage my own food. If you enjoy waiting two hours to get half your order and have the rest forgotten, then by all means you’ll love it here. You really gotta put in the leg work… an hour and half, three waiters, and two eye rolls later, I got a glass of water lol. This place is a literal joke. And NO, the food is not good… or warm lol, which is perplexing because they bring each plate several minutes apart, if at all 🤷♂️. This place is basically just purgatory with jazz.

Not worth the price you pay and the amount of food you received. Short staff and long wait, and only accepts cash. Staff were complaining the manager had told them to say my pleasure which seemed not professional on their part. The food taste was great.

Food was not bad, but not amazing. We got the biscuits and gravy (biscuits were too big to really enjoy) and the peanut butter crepes. The biggest complaint is that the crepes were really small and not worth $11.50. But the staff was very friendly. Two people for breakfast and we spent $45.

This place has large portions and great food. The biscuit was easily the size of my fist and with there house made jelly it was fantastic.
