May be a tourist trap, but it was some amazing French toast and a great Mimosa! Waiter was fantastic and attentive, we had no wait at 9am on Saturday, and food was so great we ate at the Forsyth Park one a second time. Would highly recommend (a little more expensive pricing).

Absolutely outstanding service! Tom our waiter was full of life and knowledgeable of the menu. (Also very happily serving with full tables all around us! šŸ˜ƒ) My girlfriend had the Banna Foster and I enjoyed (I canā€™t remember the nameā€¦photo attached) those bean are šŸ¤Æ and thatā€™s coming from a owner of a BBQ business (Eastside-BBQ.com)šŸ˜‰ The beans again were simply incredible. To add to Tomā€™s superior service, the host (letā€™s just call him Bruno Mars) went above and beyond when the Georgia Sun started impeding our outside downtown Savannah atmosphere.(changing the temperature approximately 20 degrees lower , making it enjoyable to eat) He went and found an extra umbrella setup and completely changed our whole experience. FOOD WAS AMAZING! Mine and hers. Must see in Savannah

Oh my gosh!!!! Legit my FAVORITE brunch place of all time! Our waiter- Sam - dude was freakin amazing! He legit made my experience much better by recommending certain things, was available for questions and most importantly, he smiled and made eye contact! It was like he was truly happy to be serving!

Highly recommend the Lemon Lavender Martini and the Avocado Smash (I scripped out on the egg) was PHENOMENAL!

Great service, food, environment, and experience. 5-stars!

This place was absolutely amazing. From the food to the unique drinks, couldn't have been happier. The Swine Time Beni might just be the best breakfast dish I've ever had.

Now, here's what made this place even better. Our waiter, Eli, made this experience memorable. He needs his own television show. The passion and flare he puts into his craft just makes you want him to keep talking. Eli, sir, I tip my cap to you....

Edit:

We actually went back a second time 2 days later, and intentionally sat outside on a chillier morning, just to have the pleasure of Eli as our waiter again. And he did not disappoint! His recommendation of the braised beef hash was spot on. I wish I could take him with me everywhere to read every menu put in front of me. We need to make the "Eating With Eli" podcast a reality!

Sent in search of lavender-infused coffee beverages by a Savannah tour guide the night before, we ended up at The Collins Quarter for breakfast one morning and our experience couldn't have been more perfect.

Let's start with Syndey...he's the first person we encountered. Not only was he standing in front of the restaurant in a host capacity, not only did he seat us, but he was our server and he took care of us in one of the most kind and most attentive ways we've experienced at a restaurant. He took his work seriously, every detail of it, and we felt really well taken care of by him.

Everything we ate and drank also matched this level of service. I had the Bananas Foster French Toast...When I ordered it, Sydney just gave a nod assuring me I had made an excellent choice.

I got a side of hash browns...perhaps the only slight disappointment here was that these were pre-formed hashbrowns patties in shape and taste as opposed to custom-made shredded potatoes. They were okay.

My wife loved her Avo Smash and was delighted that they had gluten-free toast to serve it on. This was one of the only places that we ate in a 2-week vacation throughout 3 southern cities that had vegetarian, gluten-free, and caffeine-free options, all of which my wife took advantage of.

In the caffeine-free department, she ordered their signature Lavender Spiced Mocha (made with oat milk) which she loved. It was beautiful to look at too. (I mean if you can get past my wife's eyes...)

I also wanted to try something with lavender so they brought me a drip coffee with a side of lavender syrup to add as much as I'd like. I don't know that the lavender was my favorite thing ever for this but the coffee was good and strong (which isn't always a given at a breakfast place.)

There are plenty of other vegetarian items to try and they label them as such with a helpful encircled V on the menu. They do the same for gluten-free items. So if you're a vegetarian and/or gluten-free, you definitely won't feel like a second-class citizen here.

Collins Quarter gave us a great experience and you'd do well to eat here too...especially if you're lucky enough to have Sydney taking care of you.

Absolutely loved this Aussie origins restaurant - they were able to seat us quickly and the farm to table food was absolutely delicious- our server Sidney was spot on exceptional and helped explain the 11a Sunday ruckus recognizing time for adult beverages - donā€™t miss this Savannah experience.

This is an amazing high end breakfast and lunch restaurant! We were very pleased with how delicious and fresh the food was. Great service and excellent fancy coffee too! I highly recommend it šŸ‘Œ šŸ‘

Fantastic atmosphere, outstanding service, and the best brunch in Savannah!! The food takes chances and delivers. There are unique pallet challenges and spectacular mixtures of culture and flare!!! You must try this place!!

The interior aesthetic is so cute as well as their food and drink presentation they deliver to the guest. I went up two different days and talked to the same host both days. He was extremely sweet and had beautiful white flowers behind his ears (if you read this I wish you an amazing day!) I got the spiced lavender mocha, I recommend.

The food here was great. I went for brunch and the prices were also great, especially when taking in the portions. The staff was friendly. The outdoor seating area is also dog friendly. I didn't make a reservation and they were able to sit me right away, however I would probably ensure to make one as it got pretty busy after I was seated.
