We stopped by for brunch on Sunday and the place is great. There was a 45-minute wait, so we took a walk and grabbed a mimosa nearby. When we were text that our table was ready, we were seated at a comfy table. I ordered the banana foster French toast and it was delicious. It was 2 slices of nice thick bread, with toasted pecans, powdered sugar, a dollop of cream and warm syrup. I also got the thick cut bacon that was fantastic. My companions got the eggs benedict and a burger which they really enjoyed. The mimosas and bloody Mary's were also very good!

The breakfast I had here was better and more substantial than many lunches and dinners I have had elsewhere. This is the kind of place that gives Savannah a reputation for signature dining experiences. I don't know the name of what I had but it was eggs, sausage, steak, beans, bacon and it was all delicious. The toast must have been homemade because it was superb. Great attentive, warm, thoughtful service. It was $22 and it was a bargain. Wonderful. It was even better than it looks in the photo. This restaurant is deeply invested in the quality of what it does. Bravo!

4.0 | Would recommend!! There is ample seating at this restaurant with lots of modern and chic interior design. There are also 2 clean restrooms, one with a baby changing area.
For food, I got the Moroccan Scramble and my friend got the Day Boat Mahi. As drinks, we got the Thai espresso drink. Everything was pretty good! The drink was too milky for me but that’s just my preference. Wouldn’t recommend their biscuit though; it was pretty average. Everything was a bit pricey as well.
P.S. the place can get very loud!!

Outstanding experience which exceeded my (high) expectations. Eli was our server and the best in the business. He served us with professionalism and humor and kept us smiling and laughing the entire time. He pointed out a couple menu items and they did not disappoint. The food came quickly despite them being being busy and was delicious. 10/10 recommended the entire experience.

Brekkie the way it is meant to be. Tasty, cooked to perfection, a delight. And then there’s the selection of coffees. Took me right back to the years I lived in Melbourne. Outstanding! Very happy after several disappointments at other restaurants in Savannah. Give Collins Quarter a go, mate. It’s great 😊

There are places that feel like home and the Collins Quarter surpassed my expectations. Greatest experience here in Savannah. The staff are super attentive and kind! I will always recommend the Collins Quarter to family & friends! Thank you all for the awesome moment! The shrimp and grits were very tasty! My partner enjoyed his eggs Benedict’s. The bondi beach was delicious as well.

Different, eclectic, fun! The restaurant is beautiful both inside and out. There is original brickwork in the establishment. Outside there is patio seating with umbrellas. Inside, tall, open spaces. The menu has a variety of options and focuses on food presentation. We were pleasantly surprised to find an off-menu youth selection that is helpful for families with small children.

From top to bottom Collins 1/4 did not disappoint. The best Mocha of my life. Short ribs were anything but short. Even the kids simple breakfast plates were superb, which they cleaned. Indoor dining room was different, warm, and comfy. Least of all the service was perfection, quick and cheerful. We should have came back when we’re hungry again. Cheers Collins.

The food definitely deserves 5 stars!
1 star was deducted because there is a 🪰 flying around us during our eating.
And it would be better if the waiter stopped interrupting us before all of all finished our brunch.

Does it say enough that while we were in town for four days we went here twice? Absolutely delicious brunch! We had the French toast (oh that white choc mascarpone!), Eggs Benedict, and Upstream Supreme (bagel w/salmon). He had the Spirit teas but for me it was the Amarillo and Madagascar Latte (both times). And that French toast… I was able to get it with gluten free bread! 👏🏻 Oh, we wish we lived closer! We would be regulars for sure. Highly recommend!
