Here’s why I loved this place:

They serve very good food, and combine great flavors into a delicious dish.

I went there looking for a nice and special breakfast (which seems to be a challenge in the south) and found it here. And by special I mean it goes beyond biscuits.

To start, we ordered the Avo Smash, and it was really good! But really good!

I ordered Eggs Benedict and they were delicious. My spouse ordered Bananas Foster French Toast and was the right balance! You know, sometimes, bananas will take over the whole dish flavor-wise, and this was not the case. It was perfection. Ordered hash browns to add crispiness to the dish but it wasn’t needed.

I love G&T and ordered theirs. It was made with Empress 1908 Gin. On point!

Will definitely recommend this place.

I loved this place. Everything was really good. I'd describe it as a new clean modern restaurant, fresh vibes, not your standard typical breakfast place. I'm not sure about the lavender mocha myself, I don't think it added anything to the drink. The French toast was really great. It also looked like the other foods at the table were quite good, which I got to taste. I would warn that if your standard is burnt coffee and nothing but bacon and eggs, this isn't the place for you. My wife's dad had a really hard time here, because the food wasn't what he wanted and he couldn't get the basic decaf coffee he wanted either. But, if you're into higher end comfort food, you won't have any trouble.

One of the best dining places in downtown Savannah! The whole atmosphere has a great historical vibe. We felt welcomed as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in. Our waiter was attentive in serving us and was definitely appreciated. I had the classic French Toast with a little jam and butter and it was delicious. We ordered hash browns and an avocado toast too. Definitely recommended!

I came here today with my friend, and we had a great time! I ordered the breakfast sandwich, no arugula, with a hot chocolate and she ordered the bananas foster French toast with a lavender latte. Both were delicious! The service was quick and efficient. I have been to this place many times and highly recommend, but I will say make sure to have a reservation if you come on a weekend because it gets quite busy! 5 stars!

Ate here on Sunday morning. It was very busy but we were found seats immediately outside. It was cold out, but the heaters were kept us warm. I had the Moroccan scramble and a Vietnamese coffee. Both very good. My BF had the Upstream supreme (lox bagel). His only complaint was he wished it had more capers. The energy of the wait staff was super upbeat and our waiter was very funny and friendly.

If you're in Savannah, GA... EAT HERE! It's well worth it. It's a busy place, but very accommodating. The staff works fast to get you in, but they don't rush you. They're just very attentive and focused. Service is great. As the kids say these days: it's a vibe. 😆

The food was delicious and creative. I ordered a big breakfast and had no leftovers. We left comforted, full, and happy. The lavender mocha was a good note to end on. After your meal, walk down the street to and take a gander at the spot where Forrest Gump's famous "life is like a box of chocolate" bench was and scenes were shot.

It’s the same old story for me. Moved to Savannah in 2008 and had heard many good things about The Collins Quarter over the years, yet it took me until today to go with my wife for breakfast. Even though the weather has been ridiculously hot, our walk from the parking garage next to Mellow Mushroom was short and shady with all the beautiful tree cover. The tourists were everywhere and I feared a long wait to sit down, but to our surprise, they had indoor and outdoor seating readily available. Once seated, our server was quick to get us ice water and take our drink order, which of course started with some Bloody Mary’s, quickly delivered by another server. It took some time to decide on what to order, but once we had it figured out, it was on our table in just a few minutes. No doubt the fastest service I have ever experienced. My shrimp and grits were not only delicious, but made in a way I have never had before. My wife ordered the power green salad with grilled salmon, and of the one or two bites I was allowed, I knew what I would be ordering on our next visit. Still curious about the rest of the menu, we ordered the Avo Smash toast to share, which ended up being just enough to top me off and send me to a late afternoon lunch. It is ALWAYS a joy to try different restaurants in downtown Savannah, and The Collins Quarter is now a part of that experience for us.

Loved Collin's Quarter. I was a little skeptical at first when I read through the menu. I ended up ordering the braised ribs which turned out to be basically a roast. Was wonderful. It was circled in a cream sauce with broccoli underneath. Mr. got the Cauliflower Steak and said it was also fantastic. Our server Kendrick was on top of everything. He was friendly and knowledgeable and just attentive enough. He didn't try to flip our table even though we were there for a leaisurely evening and weren't rushing anything. We enjoyed our meals so well that we actually shared a dessert-the turtle cheesecake. It was delicious of course 😊. Great place to grab a scrumptious meal and chat with tourists and locals. We'll definitely go back.

Sat outside with the heaters. It was very comfortable. Stevie was our server and he was the absolute best! Gave us recommendations that were amazing and even helped us plan the rest of our day with his favorite spots to check out. The food was delicious! There is a gluten free bread option and Stevie was very considerate of my gluten allergy and made notes for the kitchen. Overall, very delicious.

Another 5 Star location in the books for me! I went with my family to have some brunch and these people delivered big time on my last day here in Savannah. Our waiters, Xavier and Eli, were awesome and super attentive, despite the place being extremely busy and packed to the tee. For my dish, I had a Black Bean Burger with a side of fries and I also had a Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Both were super delicious! The coffee, although it was a little too sweet, it was nice, smooth, and flavorful which is something I love in most coffees that I drink. The Black Bean Burger was not good… it was freaking AMAZING!! By far the best black bean burger I’ve ever had in years! A thick patty with a small but spicy kick to it made me want to get another. Next time I’m back in Savannah, I will be extremely happy to hit this place up again!
