Einstein Bros. Bagels

Service is hit or miss. Some days are great and others orders are wrong and take forever. Store has a hard time managing large orders with regular traffic. Bagel quality is in line with other Einstein locations.

The service here was horrible! The dinning area was a total mess. I had to wait well over 20 mins to get my food while everyone else walked out with theirs. It seems like the personnel was more interested in their personal evening plans with their boyfriends than to actually serve the customer.

I have given the store business for over 10 years their customer service has never been great but it is getting worse by the week the employees are rude and ineffective. when they run out of a certain kind of bagel at 10 a.m. and cannot guarantee that they're going to make more that day makes me wonder who owns this store and why because that is a horrible way to do business.

The girl on the drive thru line needs to learn better customer service... instead of saying “what else...?” after each item I order. It comes off a little rude.

I ordered a dozen of bagle but they put only 10 bagels in the box.
They cheated and no one apologized for that, even store manager either.

For me, this is another friendly internet bar hangout with no hassles. I'm cozy here and i get free refills and eat real food. Service is usually quick for made to order.

My first time visit was absolutely horrible. My order was wrong, i wanted to have some soup with my sandwich but they were all out....really? It was 11:40am lunch hour. I also order coffee, of course all coffee were out, the employee said they are making some....i don't think i go back there again. My co-worker was disappointed also.

Outdo bagels, many varieties.

Seriously how can a bagel place run out of everything bagels? Numerous occasions I have been here during hours you would expect they would have the bagels ready and they had none. Come on Einstein your bagels are what you are known for and they are darn good. It would be like Starbucks running out of coffee, which by the way has happened to me before at the next door location.

OMG! We loved going here before but with the new Caribou facelift... it's such a different experience - in the best possible way. Makes me want to be back in school again so I can hang out and do work there.
