We get Einstein bagels almost every Sunday and we decided to try the one in Buford because it’s closer to our house well that was a mistake. My husband and I are extremely laid back and don’t take things too personal but this was just a terrible experience. It is Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 8:52 in the morning. We walked in and nobody said a word to us and when they did it was a young woman running the cash register and she seemed as if we were bothering her and she rolled her eyes a couple times while listening to us and was just extremely rude. The clueless manager just allowed her to be unprofessional and rude to two customers.

We will never go back to that bagel shop again.
Customer service is important and we know that there can be busy times however that does not negate customer service practices. They should take time to retrain some staff. If I could have given zero stars I would have done it because of this experience.

I'm an Einstein bagel lover. I love their fresh bagels but I simply rave about the Caribou drip coffee. I don't know if all locations are as fantastic as this one, but I'm not reviewing other locations. This one is a great stop and I've always had friendly faces. Even at 5:30 in the morning.

We went there 1st time and i have ordered veg avocado for togo and they made wrong stuff and we told them and they argue for long time. Customer service is really horrible and after that they did change but still they gave us wrong flavor bagel and we realized after we reached home.
Will never go to this place very rude staff no zero management.

My wife and I go here almost every Sunday, we love the bagels and the selection is always good. However, lately we have noticed the staff is less than friendly and looks even less professional. We went this morning and don't think we will be back for awhile. The store was filthy, floors covered with small trash and food, no one cleaning tables, and only one trash can not over flowing. We also watched a gentleman that works there for a minute as he looked very shabby. Shirt was stained, he looked very unhygienic and was sweating through his shirt. He reached under his shirt and scratched himself then proceeded to work the counter without washing his hands. We saw him move eggs around and then count some product in the cooler, all without gloves. Not a good look. Now I'm a bigger guy and understand sweating when working but looking greasy and unkempt doesn't have to be an option. Unless some changes happen my family and I won't be eating here anymore.

My daughter and I waited for some time for one salmon and lox bagels. Over 30 minutes wait.. bagel was good just took a bit too long. Not our regular location for dining either.

3 stars because the intercom/drive through needs to be replaced. You'd think such an established chain store would invest in things working properly. Bagels are great but I don't want to scream to order.

I went through the drive through and ordered the pizza bagel and there was hair in my food I took it back and the lady was saying she didn’t see the hair and was very rude and aggressive about the hair I had in my food. I will be reporting this to your corporate office and showing the local health department the pictures of the hair in my food.

I was in town for a week long business meeting and stopped in early lunch time to grab a bagel dog. I hadn't have Einstein Bros since I was in college and I LOVED the bagel dogs. When we went in, they said they only make a handful a day and were already sold out. They told me to come in and try the next day, I came in for breakfast the next day, they STILL didn't have any. The manager was there that day and apologized after he found out I'd come in the day before as well. He ended up giving me my breakfast on the house and told me if I called 30mins/1hr ahead of time next time, he'd hold them for me. The last day of meetings I called and asked them to make same. When we came in the manager remembered us and grabbed them. He was super nice about it and went above and beyond for his customers. It was much appreciated! And the food was great :)

Negative review for bad service during slow period. We ordered half a dozen bagels and 1 latte. Waited over 10 minutes for them to literally hand me my bag right behind them on the counter with cut bagels, and had to request a refund for a latte that never came after over 15 minutes of waiting. Had to go back 2 more times to ask for items I paid that they never gave. Again, the restaurant was slow. Very confusing.

If I could give a no star I would I ordered over $40.00 worth of food and 3 of the orders was pizza bagels that was completely burnt and not chewable also ordered 2 sweet teas that tasted like water and Food coloring. Call them about my complaint and they stated they couldn’t do nothing about my situation other than drive way back too then and return my old stuff after I told them I had to send someone else there because I couldn’t leave work definitely my last time eating or ordering from there
