Foxtail Coffee - Howell Branch

Great coffee and snacks, with a homey interior space, and nice outdoor patio with a decent breezeway just off Howell Branch. Fun touches with the seasonal decor and friendly and helpful staff make for a welcoming atmosphere. Having Kelly’s ice cream in-house is a nice touch: it pairs nicely with some warm banana bread as an “a la mode” treat. Great place to hang out for a bit without feeling rushed.

This is really a nice place that’s a combination of Foxtail coffee, Kelley’s ice cream and Ravenous Pig Brewery. So you can get a coffee, followed by a beer and ice cream for desert. It’s clean, comfortable and has good WiFi. The iced coffee was very good and so were the sandwiches we got. I would definitely recommend this place for a break of doing a little work.

Are your kids going stir-crazy because it might be raining outside? Or the park is closed for some reason? No worries, bring them to Foxtail where they can run around with no rules, bump into chairs and tables, use up all the napkins, and make a mess, while parents sip on beer and wine without a care in the world. This was my experience a couple of weeks ago. No word from the management, and parents completely oblivious. I felt sorry for the people that were trying to study or work. It was a complete madhouse, and management said nothing!

As for the macchiato coffee, please don't tell me this is the way it is done, with no milk. Take a trip to Italy where the caffe macchiato was created and is properly made. Where you can actually learn what the word macchiato actually means when referenced with coffee.

First and last time to visit here.

Beautiful location with a great layout and ample seating both indoors and on the patio! The inclusion of Kelly’s Ice Cream at this location add some unique drink options for those who like their coffee extra sweet and extra creamy! The coffee at Foxtail is always good and don’t sleep on the cold brew!

We couldn’t be more excited to have a new Foxtail Coffee location off Howell Branch Road in Winter Park, just outside Hawks Crest. The space is beautiful, with colorful mural artwork on the external and interior walls. You’ll find the same farmhouse-style decor throughout as other Foxtail Locations.

What’s special about this location is that they offer beers from The Ravenous Pig (Winter Park) and ice cream from Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream (Audubon Park). Both of these are local favorite brands, so it’s awesome to see these three brands collaborate. Also, they have a drive-through!

The food menus have breakfast and lunch options available, and there’s solid wifi. It makes for a great remote work place and the staff is super friendly. You can also mobile order your food and drinks ahead of time and come by to pick it up.

We’ve enjoyed Foxtail for years and always love their quality. Whether it’s picking up beans to grind at home for lattes, an iced green tea, matcha latte, croissant or breakfast bagel…I’m here for it all!

Slow and very rude service at this location. Wish it was better because it’s so close to my house. I love Foxtail in general because it’s awesome coffee, but I’ll probably never go to this one again.
This is the second time I did not have a pleasant experience with any worker I came in contact with, and today the younger guy taking my order was rude to my face and had body language that screamed he didn’t like his job and thought he was too cool to work there. Ordered a simple iced coffee and he made sure it was mostly ice.

I love this coffee chain. It has a very bougie feel, and it's a nice change from Starbucks. They have a great selection of food and drinks. Highly recommend. Oh, and the Kelly's ice cream at the location near me is just wonderful.

The latte was amazing and the oatmeal cream pie was good, but I walked up to the register and greeted the boy who was there and he just looked at me. I told him my order and tipped even though he never said thank you or had any customer service ethics. I said thank you to the girl that handed me the latte and again no response. I drank half of my coffee and had to keep giving eye contact because I was waiting on my oatmeal cream pie. A different girl hands it to me and once again for the 3rd time this visit I said thank you and got no response. I felt very uncomfortable at this location. I don't think I will ever come back. I usually do mobile ordering so I never actually dealt with anyone in this location. This team definitely needs to get some customer service training.

This place never fails to disappoint. Bunch of entitled gen Z who are slow, rude, and on top of that have the audacity to ask for a tip before even handing you your order 95% of the time. Management needs to do a better job at recruiting people who know what good customer service means. These kids are entitled as hell and it shows. They also said their two best selling pastries “we no longer sell those” even though they are on the menu still??

My fiancé goes here all the time before school. It’s his favorite coffee place. The service is always great. They’re kind, fast, & it always tastes amazing!
