Foxtail Coffee - Howell Branch

If you have nothing but time on your hands in the morning then go grab a coffee from the sloth like zero urgency drive through. You’ll need to put your car in park and sit for a good 30 mins while the staff shows zero effort in attending their guests in the drive through. This happens every time. I want to support this business but, I literally don’t have 30+ mins to sit in a drive through for a coffee. I recommend the 7-11 across street for coffee as the taste is superior and service is much faster. I give this business maybe 6 months before closure unless management gets things together.

Nice place to stop by for coffee, tea or ice cream. Moderately busy around 8pm. The ice cream flavors do cycle out, this time about 12 of the 16 had changed. I had a Mexican chocolate affogato again and it was consistent and good, like last time. My friend had chilled lavender coconut tea and a small scoop of raspberry ice cream and he enjoyed both. Seating options are bar and table style.

Marketing is amazing, staff is very friendly, but their coffee is pretty bad. Huge disappointment for a black coffee drinker. Would like to see bean variety. Coffee is very acidic and has a citrus taste. It is nice to get ice cream and a brew.

My family and I visited the new Fox Tails and Kelly’s ice-cream in Winter Park on Howell Branch Road at 11:50 AM today. I ordered two coffees and one ice-cream for my son. The sales person said I could not order ice-cream as they did not sell it until noon (10 more minutes). I was a little annoyed, but continued with my order and paid. Immediately, the sales person scooped ice-cream for the woman who had ordered in front of me. After the woman left, I asked the sales person why I was not allowed to order. She stated that it was an accident and the previous sale should not have gone through (whatever that means). At 12:01 PM, my name was called and the people at the register were ordering ice-cream. Clearly by the time the coffee was ready it was the “legal” time to serve ice-cream. The staff was very rude and offered no apology. This is very poor customer service.

I honestly haven't known a coffee shop could be so pleasant! Great selection, fair prices and the nicest staff I have ever dealt with in a drive thru! I will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and ditch Starbucks for these folks.

Internet is slow. Coffee is good. Music is lacking.

New store that also includes a Kelly's ice cream. I had a Mexican chocolate (cinnamon/spices) affogato and it was good. Foxtail's espresso has a nuttiness with just a bitter hint (in a good way), that offsets the ice cream. It was just the right size for an evening dessert coffee. Looking forward to coming here more often.

I like the coffee, but why is a cold brew almost $8 ?? It’s $5 at Starbucks

Omg I am not a coffee drinker and lately I can’t stop ordering the Cold Brew Vanilla caramel with oat milk! It’s so delicious!! I also am addicted to the Ham and Cheese croissant 🥐!

Wonderful ice cream but a tad pricey! ❤️
