Foxtail Coffee (Altamonte Springs, FL)

first time here and definitely would come back - the bagels are delicious! Not like other bagels in my opinion. They were super soft, yet packed with flavour. The egg was extremely delicious too! The decor and branding of this place is so good and I look forward to going back just so I can work from there :)

They offer pup cups as well and Christian was great!!!

After kayaking at Kings Landing we were looking for a cafe to have coffee and quick snacks. We searched for a cafe around and came across Foxtail Coffee. It is a very nice and amazing cafe with a brilliant decor. After browsing through the menu we decided to order Cafe Cubano, Chai Tea Latte, Regular Foxtail Pumpkin Spice Coffee, Chocolate Croissant, Regular Croissant and Pumpkin Bread. The server acknowledged our request and got our order soon. The only drawback was that they don't have a heating system to heat the croissant and bagels. The coffees were brilliant, freshly brewed and amazing. Loved our coffees. We also loved the croissants and the food. We also loved the pumpkin bread. It was delicious. Amazing cafe to try with different coffee and food options

I'm not big on coffee shops, so I can't speak on the coffee here. However, the bagels are very good here! My personal favorite is the good morning and turkey avocado on the jalapeño cheddar. Very good!

eh, the place is cute but the food and slow service is not worth it. Got my order wrong, took way too long, forgot something... i got the iced Cafe con Leche and it is a sacrilege calling it that, I'm Cuban so i know my café con leche and this was not it! my daughter was excited about the latte art and idk if you can call what they did "art". the best of the meal was the chocolate chuck cookie. really wanted to like it but i rather just do Starbucks.

I love this location so much! The one close to me in ocoee is trash so I don’t mind coming far to location! They have the best Smoked salmon bagel I get i got it last week and this week and back in July.

Love the atmosphere of this place. Service and food are hit & miss. This time it was a big miss. Ordered sausage, egg & cheese sandwiches. Unbeknownst to me at the time, we were charged for sausage and bacon sandwiches, which were inedible. Both of us threw the sandwiches away after 2 bites. We knew there would be no help from the counter barista because she rolled her eyes at me when I asked for cream to be added to my iced coffee that was requested when I ordered. Loved the gingerbread cold brew. Great flavor. 2 sandwiches, 2 coffees over $40... not worth it unless you like being treated as an interruption and enjoy eating food, not prepared as you ordered it and inedible. Very sad. I wish I had gone the extra 30 feet to Einstein Bagels.

I enjoy this atmosphere MUCH more than that of Starbucks. Staff is always friendly and fun. The only reason i gave 4 stars is the past 3 times they have gotten my order wrong in some way. But it's still a cool hang out spot to get work done or just be with friends.

Seriously this place is consistently bad; the coffee isn’t great and they’re so incredibly slow (and they have plenty of people working).

Whenever I need something at the counter, they never make eye contact and deliberately ignore you. I kid you not, I have waited over 5 minutes just to get an extra splash of milk.

They don’t smile and NEVER ask me to use my rewards of a transaction, so I always have to have them add it after the transaction. There has been numerous times they never even made my coffee, like how does that happen??

Again, they’re consistently bad and for the price they want does NOT match what their offering in terms of service and quality. Atmosphere is probably the only thing I like with foxtail, but I’d pass and rather get coffee at Starbucks (…and that’s saying something). I have seriously tried them over and over again to see if it’s just a one-off, but it isn’t which is really unfortunate.

The only good thing here is the coffee when I want a different taste other than Duncan or Starbucks . 1 star because their customer service is trash and they over charge and still ask for a tip. And this is not my first experience with Foxtail, the location on Lee Road was the same. Your customer service is uninviting !
