Me and my husband went there and we waited for 15 minutes another person came in after us and went to the pickup order and placed his order then we looked in the case at the bagels and there was a fly in the case totally disgusting will not go back

I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday morning. We usually go though the drive thru but decided to go inside this time. There were multiple dogs INSIDE the restaurant. One was whining and barking at other customers while they were sitting on their owners lap and the other was just a puppy walking though while his owner was ording. Not once did an employee inform the customer that dogs were not allowed. We were also shorted change by the guy at the register.

First visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels the service top notch and cleanliness was spot on. The reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is Im from Brooklyn which is the capital of great bagels. The bagels need to be a little larger and they also need to be slightly harder on the outside otherwise they were quite tasty.

Drive thru is horrible, done it 3 times now because it’s close to my work. Takes 20 minutes just for a bagel, I ordered 12 of them for work and it took them 20 minutes just to put fresh bagels in a box. They ignore you as well.

Einstein Brothers Bagels is a successful restaurant chain because they've come up with a menu people like and have mastered the ability of delivering their menu items in a manner that is timely. I got what I ordered quickly, from a polite sale clerk, and it was good as expected.
