Einstein Bros. Bagels

Not customer friendly like other locations we’re use to visiting. It’s the worst one.
Bagels are ok but attitude is, just order and get on your way. Didn’t give us options for sandwiches, like toasted, choice of bagels, etc 🥯. So we just get it plain and cold,when we wanted a particular bagel and HOT. Bad taste in our mouth 👄
Not going stop at any Einstein’s for lunch!

Good food for breakfast and lunch. Decent prices on Monday.

As a regular now who honestly appreciates a wholesome breakfast, this place is it. They know my name, they show that they appreciate my business and they are fast with getting you your order so you can get off to work.

I've rarely had an issue, but if there is one, Sara or Ralph are always right there and happy to fix it. Great managers, great team!

Always a pleasant experience. Store is clean, food is great, staff is polite, helpful and caring, especially La donna and Lisa. My last visit on 5/8/2021. At Vero Beach store. It was very busy but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and I was fourth in line ! Impressive !

Honestly I usually don't post reviews but I simply had to. I've gone here three times for the same exact order during lunch time. All three times I've ordered a tasty turkey sandwich on an everything bagel and chips. The only thing correct each time was the chips. The first time I didn't get an everything bagel. The second time I didn't get an everything bagel and they did not put any turkey inside the bagel at all. I went back inside, they apologized and fixed it as well as gave me a free coupon for another sandwich. About a week later I came back for the same order and they got the everything bagel correct but did not put turkey on the bagel once again. I would not recommend this location. Every other location has been awesome and on point.

The breakfast sandwich was barely warm.

The outside of the wrapping was soiled with what possibly looked like chive cream cheese, which neither of us had on our sandwiches.

Some of the staff had no masks, the rest had theirs below their noses. I noticed only one staff member wearing his mask properly.

It's a convenient location, but very doubtful for returning.

It was my first time visiting. The item I wanted was not available that morning. I ended up with an apple cinnamon bagel toasted with the almond honey cream cheese. The suggested flavor by the waiter was nicely matched with the bagel.

Best bagels in town of course. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the schedule. They close early so if you want a late lunch go elsewhere. They used to have the best cold brew here but it's been a bit watered down as of late. Always friendly and helpful service every single time I eat here. Save me an everything bagel please!

Worse place I’ve ever seen!! Rude drive thru person! Order wrong 4 times! We only ordered 2 bagels and 2 drinks! Wrong crème cheese, wrong bagel, not toasted.

So the bagels are so good! BUT every single time and I mean every single time I go to Einstein’s (I only have one in my area) they mess up my order. The first like five times I was super nice about it but it’s like 12x now and I don’t want to eat there anymore.
All I ask is that the meat be taken off the sandwich but it always comes with meat anyway. Sucks cuz once they correct it it’s delicious but to even get it remade is like a whole issue. Not worth the drama for me.

Rating simply this location alone and not the company. For the price you pay, the amount of "shmear" (cream cheese in this case) applied to the bagel (for a very high extra charge) is pathetic. It's such a thin application you'd be surprised to know it's there had you not added it yourself. Not only that, but how difficult to spread cream cheese on a bagel? 4 visits now, and without fail, it's scooped out and plopped directly in the center like an ice cream scoop. Just pathetic and honestly enraging when you drop over 4 bucks on a single bagel (4 bagels and 16 dollars in my case for a family) and feel ripped off when you leave. You want your customers to feel like their dollar was not only well spent, but they got quality food for a fair price. Not the case here. I'll spend my money elsewhere, where the company takes care to ensure quality and consumer happiness before revenue. To top it off, the wait times are insane. Drive-thru with 15 minutes on average.
