Einstein Bros. Bagels

Update 2018: they changed their coffee. Can no longer get consistent quality.

Previous: only reliable place for great coffee from a chain in Vero. Drive thru can be slow but everything else is great.

Love this place. DELICIOUS bagels, fast service & a great vibe (youthful energizing music). Thank you AJ & Brad for being so incredibly friendly & gracious even though my recent visit was so close to closing time. See you again soon.

Good food, but garbage customer service. Gave my girlfriend the completely wrong bagle and forgot our bacon on a turkey bacon avacado. Also right after that it was slow and my girlfriend wanted a cold brew coffee and the workers avoided her for five minutes and I come to find out one of them is on their phone not helping her.
First time I've ever been here and honestly probably my last. Rude ass people.

I left feeling VERY offended and it takes a lot for me to pull the race card, but I ordered and at that time I was the only one in the store about 7 people including a family ordered after me ALL got their order before me. I asked “please explain to me why people coming after me got their order before me?” I was told my order will be coming up and then another person who came after me got their order too. Now I’m the only one there left standing in that store when I was the first to order and I was the ONLY BLACK. I asked for my money back. It add insult to injury It was multiple black guys working their the ones I advocate for and they saw me standing there and still allowed me to be looked over. Remind you I’m here in Vero assisting with helping keep medical staff free of Covid-19 and that is the thanks I get when I don’t even live here. I left feeling highly offended!!

This bagel shop is a joke! I placed an order with no one in the drive thru line and the parking lot was empty. It takes 8 minutes to get a bagel with butter?? The girl takes my cash as soon as I pulled up, but then goes in the back and never comes back. I thought she had forgotten about me. I had waited there so long that another girl came up and checked on my order. The girl Britney at the register was rude as could be and was not focused on customer service it appears. This place needs to be revamped with better employees and focused more on CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Einstein's as a whole is easy and tasty breakfast and I regularly eat at the locations where I live, but I have eaten here a few times now when in town visiting family and this is, hands down, the worst Einsteins I have ever been to. The last time I was here, my order (a bagel with schmear and iced coffee) took almost half an hour to be made, but I let it go because the service was adequate and the food was correct and good. This time however, I ordered a breakfast sandwich without sausage, something I have done many other times without difficulty at other locations, and the person taking my order verified 3x that I did not want the sausage. When I was sitting at the window and my food came up I heard them double check it was correct and then they handed it to me with my coffee. I did not check because I assumed after all that it HAD to be right (I really should have known better). Well I got home and sure enough there was sausage on the sandwich.

I was not about to drive back across town, but I cannot believe they could not get something so simple correct and that someone either lied about my order being right or the person at the window gave it to me knowing it wasn't.

I love the chain and I will continue to eat at other locations but I will not be back to the one in Vero Beach.

Staff is friendly. They always make sure you are taken care of. Their green chili bagel is awesome. The coffee is pretty good too. Great place to get a box of bagels for the office.

Ordered food. They forgot my main entrée that I ordered and I got 20 minutes away before finally being able to check and it was a bag full of creamer

It is just a chain so i souldnt have had my hopes up like i did and i went there with to high of standards. That everything bagel was small basically a plain one with the stuff sprinkled on top. Where i used to live they actually cook that eggs. I like my eggs over easy/over medium and no pepper in my eggs. I said how i wanted by eggs and the girl at the counter stairs at me and gave me a weird look. It would of been nice if she told me how the eggs are cooked instead of just give me a look. And there was little to no cheese and one piece of chain resturant cooked bacon.

The black lady is horrible in the drive thru she always have a attitude she don’t say good morning or anything she’s horrible making the company look very bad it’s sad I will never go back I rather drive to Stuart today is Sunday April 24th I’ll pray for her
