Vero Beach Florida location. Store is usually great. I frequently purchase products for myself personally, and to deliver to my clients. Spent $26, which is about the average for me.
This morning, I ordered a box of a dozen bagels with cream cheese, and a nova lox combo, only to find that; 1. They have done away with both the salmon, and the garlic cream cheese (salmon seem to always be everyone’s favorite), and 2. The only chips they had were barbecue, and jalapeño. YUCK!
Apparently, (according to them), someone in management had made the genius decision to eliminate those two types of cream cheese combos. So I guess there’s nothing they could’ve done about that. But as far as the chips, couldn’t someone of driven to Publix in the morning and bought some small bags of chips to provide to their customers?
Sadly, when I complained about it, the manager seem to have a bit of an attitude. Oh well, welcome to the new normal.
Next time I’ll go to Brooklyn bagels.

Very good people here at this Einstein. Lisa, Emma are amazing. Would highly recommend coming here. Everytime I come here, everyone always takes care of me regardless of the time. Starting from the register, the back end that multitask at the drive thru and coffee area, to the striving and tedious time of the ones making the bagels to include J.P
Jarred, Trevor and John I will definitely be coming back to this Einstein. Good things all around for this location.

Ordered coffee and two bagels ( plain nothing on them) at the drive thru.
Received warm, not hot, dark roast and then had to wait at least 3-4 minutes? For the bagels. Not impressed, bagels are supposed to be dense and chewy.

4/13/22 around 9:30 I ordered a turkey bacon bagle orange juice and hash brown. I waited 25mins in line. Unfortunately the order was wrong. No big deal. I came back told them the order was wrong. When I approached the window the 1st young lady didn't know how to fix the issue so someone by the name of EMMA approached me. She was Extremely Rude and displayed Poor Customer Service at its finest. I began to explain my order and what was wrong before I could get a chance to really get started -She says "Do You want a turkey avocado". I process to explain my order and she cuts me off AGAIN yelling at me "Do You Want A Turkey Avocado ". I proceeded to stop this young lady and tell her wait 1 second, I do not want a turkey avocado I want a turkey bacon. Also I no longer want you to make my food because you're being so rude and nasty to me. "Could you please get me a manager"? She then proceeded to state well "I was gonna make it for you". I let her know I do not want you to make me any food because of the way im being treated please get me a manager. When the manager arrived I explained to her briefly what was going on and ask her for a refund I would no longer want to eat from somewhere who would ALLOW EMPLOYEES (EMMA) speak to me in such a rude and disrespectful manner when you all messed up my food. I haven't done anything wrong. I also told her to tell her employees not to yell at people as if their children, and ask them to be more polite when they make a mistake. The manager didn't seem to care at all until I expressed that I would be making a customer complaint against Emma. 1 hour wasted and I still never got any food. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Staff is nice but I food is meh I mean its all precooked stuff you know the usual run of the mill.
Begal break or some other real begal shops are a step above.
I'd save my money and time and skip it.
