Einstein Bros. Bagels

This particular store is owned by a local neurologist. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious!

They are relatively quick, the food is good and the orders are correct. It is a bit out of our way but it is a special treat to get. I enjoy their French toast bagel sandwich with the maple spread, cheddar cheese, bacon and egg.

We went on a Saturday around 8am. There were about five other customers in the store. We're ordered six bagels and a couple of coffees. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great experience.

Im inbetween giving this a 2 or 3. The coffee was delicious but over priced. The bagels were soft and fresh but once made into a breakfast sandwich (eggs sausage and cheese) was mediocre at best. For the price totally not worth it.
Nice envirnoment, pleasant employees, all around good service but not worth the price.
I verbally said "this is probably the best coffee ive ever had from a store" (vanilla hazelnut). If it were cheaper id probably go there just for the coffee regularly.

Disappointed this morning. Ordered our food, paid and got our drinks. Sat down to wait for our order. Never heard our name called. After waiting of 15-20 minutes and realizing everyone after us was getting their food. Asked where our food was. Was told the basket sitting on the counter was one of our orders, which means the other one was probably taken. It was cold. I was told they were now making another sandwich to replace i . As I saw glares from the sandwich line. Waited another 10 monute . Asked where the sandwich was again, and found out it had been sitting in a bag at the sandwich prep line. Not a very pleasvisot this morning g for breakfas . Customer service was not up to par with this visi . repl

Great bagels. Closest we can get to the NY ones I grew up with. Great selection as well. I would give it 5 stars but using the drive through is long and tedious process. If you are there and several cars in front of you, take a book with you. Its going to take a while for your food.

I often go out of my way to stop here for their soft yummy bagels. Oh the deliciousness of their products. Always busy staff and one has to wait a little bit but oh those bagels!! Just a pleasure to go in, sit down even, and some 20 minutes totally relaxed and satisfied. My favourite bagels out of here, Publix, and Duncan Donuts. None comes close to Einstein

I love the food and atmosphere . However, my experience today left me with a bad taste. The cracked egg menu was hard to read on the board and when I stated that I could not see it clearly the girl at the register just stared at me. When I approached the general manager to share my experience the gm told me to "look at the menu." Really? All this girl had to do was take 2 seconds and tell me the ingredients . It's called customer service.
And maybe the sign on the board should be bigger.
This place should be a step above McDonald's.

Didn't feel safe at all the electrician/ac repair guy who was there didn't have a mask at all put his head deep in the cooler and on top of it he walked behind the counter where all the food is exposed touching everything bare handed. After i ask an employee why he has no mask i got a stupid answer,, oh that is Mat we now him,, will not recommend at all. NOT SAFE

The pretzel bagels are delicious! Add some flavored cream cheese and a coffee for the perfect treat. Sarah the manager is always friendly, the store is always clean. Only downfall is they don't have while milk for coffee.
