The burger was tastu though barely warm. Wings were good, but the fries were frozen, crinkle fries and a very skimpy helping for $5

Food was amazing! We came on thanksgiving and they told us only pay what you can for the dinner! I mean it doesn’t get better than that offering a nice meal to anyone even in need. I will come back. These are great people and it shows! Thank you!!

This place is beyond awesome. We had some white wine and beignets and it was excellent. They have just opened again the atmosphere, service and food was excellent! We will be going again!

Terrible, food - cold onion soup the cheese was bouncing, ropa vieja was bad so was pork- rice and bean was bad. Over all all was bad except for the server. This place gives New Orleans food a bad review.

Had dinner there this evening. Unfortunately, the service was absolutely horrible, our food not as advertised or ordered and luke warm.
When we arrived, our waitress was unsure if they served vodka when we asked for a drink, even though there was a full bar sitting right behind her. The $10 French onion soup had a round piece of cheese that was not melted, not hot, floating on top of the soup obviously not cooked long enough, and was definitely un appetizing.
All 4 of our dinners, she neglected to tell us upon ordering at 5:30 on a Friday night, that they had absolutely no potatoes of any kind to offer with our meals even though they each came with them and were crucial to the dinners ordered. Example, beef roast with mashed potatoes and gravy, nope no potatoes with that, rice and veggies which we didn’t find out until our meals were served before us.
There were four people in our party. We were charged three dollars for bread, our waitress brought out four pieces of bread with two pieces of butter (which 2 of us would have no butter?).
The length of time we waited during our meal with no service to our table was unacceptable. We had to flag down another waitress in order to get service because our waitress, even though she was not busy, was just standing nearby and not helping us.
We ordered beignets to try and make some kind of recovery and enjoy at least dessert. We ordered the beignets when our meal was still there and had to wait 30 minutes if not longer after our meals were done and finally ask another waitress before she went and ordered them for us. And don’t even get me started on what she did to our checks. We were so tired at that point we just paid it as it was.
The young lady that waited on us was definitely the worst waitress we have ever had wait on us in our entire lives, and is doing this restaurant absolutely no favors. However, the service, the food, lack of communication and the lack of training that they subjected paying customers to is inexcusable. We spent close to $200 for four people and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had without so much as an apology.
