They stayed open after the hurricane today when they saw people out looking for places to eat. Food was amazing. Atmosphere is like a speakeasy meets New Orleans meets Coffee Bar. Iced latte was great, but their tasting plate was even better. (As pictured). Extensive menu. I do not say this lightly, but my wife and I have eaten in 49 of 50 states, and over 30 countries. We’ve eaten in Columbia, we’ve eaten in New Orleans. I lived in Seattle and NYC. This place did not disappoint. Since we live locally now, I’m thrilled this place exists in Titusville.

Great atmosphere I love the inside. The food was quite amazing. A little hole in the wall place we discovered while we were waiting on the launch. The eggs and potatoes were one of the best we’ve ever had. Whatever they got going on keep it up! We will be back when in that direction. We’re from Savannah Georgia and we are foodies but quite impressed. The lady cooking was super cute and friendly. The guy who took our order was sweet as well and effective ! As they got busy they still did very well with everything and everybody. Highly recommend especially in the morning when nothing else is open!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The food was delicious, great ambience and an amazing staff! They are very welcoming and serve their culinary creations with lots of love and pride! Must try is the Cuban sandwich! It is one of the best Cuban sandwiches I have ever had! Everything we have tried has been delicious! It’s by far our favorite restaurant in Titusville!! Big time Gypsy fan!!!

Unique cafe. Decoration is really different. Dark, busy decor, interesting, whimsical. You should definitely visit. I bought Chef Gypsy's Treasure Cafe with dark chocolate flavor. Other flavors are Caramel, Almond Roca, Pumpkin, French
Vanilla, English Toffee, Hazelnut,
Dark Chocolate, Stone Fruit, Raspberry.

Been wanting to try this place since they opened in December of 2021! They did not disappoint, highly recommend! Started with the AppeTaster, little of everything! Then of course being Cuban and NOLA cuisine had to get the Jambalaya and it was spot on! 5 ⭐ only because 6 wasn't an option!

If you are looking for the BEST New Orleans cultural experience in the area, you just found it! The atmosphere is amazing and fun with all the fantastic decor, lighting, and live music. The owners and staff very friendly and helped us navigate all the authentic New Orleans selections on the cuisine and drink menus, as well as answering our questions about the live entertainment they have there all the time. Plus, EVERYONE is welcome here! The location offers two gender inclusive bathrooms for patrons and the owner says the establishment is LGBTQ+ friendly. We can’t wait to come back again and again!

If you are looking for something different this is the place! The moment you enter it captures your attention. It's a whimsical place! We asked for empanaditas (I loved it!!) And We recomend you to try the chef's sampler so you can try a little bit of everything. The staff is super nice! It's a wonderful place to watch the NASA' s launches!

This was my first visit here and I must say I was pleasantly pleased with the entire experience with whole experience from the charming New Orleans style decor to charming staff. The meal I had was the Jerk chicken with rice and beans and the black beans were very tasty and the chicken was moist and not over cooked. I will be definitely visiting this place again to try other menu items. When in the area or just passing through stop and have lunch or diner here you won't be disappointed...👍👍

My husband and I went on a Sunday night. We didn't have to wait at all.
They had live music and usually I hate that, but the guy playing had the speaker volumes set to a comfortable level so it was actually enjoyable.
For our appetizer we ordered fried green tomatoes. The outsides were nice and crispy with a thick cut tomato inside. We wanted to try the drunken Cajun fries, but they were out of beer cheese this night.
We ordered a bowl of red beans and rice with sausage, a cup of gumbo, a cup of jambalaya, a regular corn bread, and a bacon jalapeno cornbread.
The jambalaya wasn't warm at all, but they heated it up for us. They give us a cup of red beans and rice and a bowl of gumbo. They fixed it and gave us our bowl of red beans and rice. The corn bread is a sweet corn bread, which I enjoyed!
For drinks I ordered the margarita. It didn't have sour mix in it, so it was on the sweeter side. I really enjoyed it. My husband got the Sazerac. He said it was okay, but the bitters overwhelmed the rye whiskey flavors.
We tried the bread pudding with pecans and the beignets. The beignets were fresh and warm, but seemed to be lacking in flavor. The bread pudding is a true bread pudding and was delicious.
They had two servers and they were both very attentive to their tables. Food came out quick and so did the drinks.

The food was amazing! The space is a little cramped. I felt too close to the other parties. I could hear everyone’s conversations. I had to whisper for them not to hear ours. The decor was cute. It has a heavy NOLA theme.
For food, we shared the AppeTaster sampler. It had all the apps. It was perfect because we wanted all the appetizers! I had the Cuban sandwich. I don’t usually like sandwiches, but I heard it was good and it was! My husband got the Mexi Cali burrito. It was really good! My decaf Cafe con Leche was perfect! I overheard the server saying the coffee is Julius Meinl. I’m not sure who that is, but he made him sound important. We finished with the sticky bun and it was delicious! The server was super nice, attentive and helpful.
There was a spider that jumped on my husband and the building is older so it’s a little run down, but I heard they were moving to a bigger building, so I hope it works out!
