So glad we tried this great little place. The service as well as the food was excellent! I had Ropa Vieja & my date had Lechon Asado. Both dishes were delicious. The atmosphere was also welcoming. Stop by to play a game or for a bite. I can’t wait to go back.

This tucked-away gem in tiny downtown Titusville brings a cool slice of New Orleans to sunny Florida.
The NOLA Sticky Buns are sensuous and the coffee worth lingering over, but it's Gypsy's collard greens and cornbread that bewitched me.
Jewel-box decor against old brick and dark wood make a pleasant retreat from the heat and the fabulous fragrances coming from the open kitchen promise a flavorful meal.
Call ahead: sometimes there is live music!

Exactly the type of thoughtful little restaurant Titusville has lacked historically. Glamorous decor coupled with the dimly lit small building lend to a dark ambiance that sparkles with color whenever your eyes rest. Food is clearly made with care, everything was well seasoned and prepared properly. Excellent Cuban with smoky pulled pork, but the empanadas were the star of the show. Perfectly flaky with a slightly spicy beef, pea and carrot filling. There are of course some “new restaurant” nuances to the experience but the food and ambiance are worth the minor inconveniences.

Cute little restaurant. There's so much to look at in here. I love the decor. Great vibe, amazing service, and so many new drink and food options to try. The bartender took a step out from the bar to play piano. He even played the Peanuts theme song for my children. :)

While we had a delightful experience at the bar, upon reviewing my receipt I realized that this place charges an additional 3.5% credit card fee. We will not be back because of this. Very sad because we enjoyed it. - After reviewing Cafe Paradiso's reply and looking at my receipt again, it was over 9 months old. So, thankfully, we will be trying it out again. Thanks Cafe for letting me know about the Point of Sale.

First time to dine here. We arrived early on Thursday and were cheerfully greeted by our waitress. I wanted to order the Chicken Cordon Blue but alas they were out, so I opted for the Louisiana smothered chicken. As I am diabetic I asked for double vegetables in lieu of rice and vegetables. My wife ordered the 3 Cheese sandwich and a cup of Clam chowder. Our guest ordered the Ceasar salad. All dishes were served quickly and we were delighted with our choices. We will be back to try several other items that caught our attention while viewing the menu.
Great experience and the portions were good.

Eclectic mix of Cajun, Caribbean, and Latin influenced foods served in a funky comfortable atmosphere with exceptional wait staff! Great selection of craft beers and cocktails. Two excellent meals so far. Anticipating our next.

Sharing Chef Gypsy’s Tasting Session and a cubano was perfect introduction to the wonderful capabilities of this place. Fantastic service by folks who sincerely want you to have a great experience. Extensive selection of beers and wines too.

It's not often I come across a 5-star place, and honestly, it shouldn't be often. For a place to earn 5--stars (IMHO) it needs to be special, it needs to be authentic, it needs to be almost a one-of-a-kind, and it needs to be consistent...Well, this place is all that and more, a place is truly worthy of 5-star status...
Located in historic Downtown Titusville (now in it's own revival) this is a great addition to the existing places that have survived the dark days of the down turn of the area, and worthy of a special status with the upturn that is happening.
If you're not careful, you will miss this place from the road and even from the sidewalk. It's forward face is small and unassuming, but when you enter, you are transported to a beautifully decorated, furnished, and authentic Cajun/creole restaurant. The place is 'longer' than it is 'wider', and there are three stories of space with tables for folks to eat at. Though it doesn't look at first there's much room, with the additional space on the second and third floor, it makes up for what you see on the first.
I've been here twice and both times the service was spectacularly friendly, the wait staff other than our own waitress was helpful as well. The ambiance is a mix of relaxing and romantic which makes for a good mix in my opinion, and with cards on the table, you can pass the time playing your favorite card game as you wait for your meal (brilliant!)
The kitchen of the place is scratch, and you can tell from the meal as it comes out. Whether it's their Cuban Sandwich Salad, the Fried Oyster Po'boy, or the Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffee, all of it was served hot, fresh and it was all delicious. They have an extensive craft beer menu, quite possibly the best in the area and surrounding area for that matter, and they offer the standard fare in terms of soft drinks, tea, and of course water. For dessert we had pralines and their Spanish truffles, but be aware, those truffles are a bit spicy.
I really can't gush enough about this place. I've added this to my list of go-to places when friends comes to visit, and I've moved it to first place! If you're a local and haven't gone - go to it now!
