Great service, atmosphere with the live 2 person outdoor music and food! Must try!

The food was delicious & perfectly seasoned! I had jerk chicken, black beans, yellow rice and collard greens. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff were friendly & attentive. This was my first visit & will definitely not be my last.

First time viiamd what a cool vibe. I didn't have food but plates looked good. I have to come back and try one day soon

Absolutely stunning. The interior is so wild as it has so many things to look at. This restaurant has CHARACTER. The food was fresh and classically developed recipes. Grateful we happened to just waltz into this nook by accident. Definitely will remember this place I come to Titusville!

We had the Cuban Salad absolutely the leanest pork and ham, freshest greens with sunflower sprouts and the GUMBO! Better than in New Orleans, the decor avante garde and service was impeccable. Step back in time and get the best food in the area.

Short Version: Best place I've found in Titusville. Gumbo, Jambalaya, Potato Soup, Red Beans and Rice, Pulled Pork, Beignets and Baked Goods MY GOD GET IT ALL!
Long Version:
My wife and I walked into Cafe Paradiso randomly at the end of the night looking for a night/snack cap. I can't give enough praise to this gem. Instantly welcomed in with warmth and intrigue. The atmosphere is a lot of things, intimate, colorful, eclectic, and as unique as the food. Gypsy the owner and head chef was delightful, charming and entertaining as were the staff. Gypsy is passionate about her food and you can taste it. She had us sample a spread of items and everything was delicious. We walked in looking for a snack and walked out with bag upon bag of take out cause it was all so good.
Side note Ryan played a song or two on the piano...yes a baby grand adorned with candles, beads, and a small wrap around bar which only added to the experience on a whole.

Absolutely loved the whole experience here! They are only recently opened and perhaps still figuring out protocols for seating on heavy nights. We ended up sitting at the funky bar type table that wraps around the piano. Ended up being the best time we've had at a restaurant in a long time! Piano player is fun and only there Saturdays from 6-8pm.
The food was amazing and authentic New Orleans food, and a bit of Hatian, and Cuban on the menu. A nice wine and beer selection. I had a small Jambalaya and small red beans and rice. Both very tasty with just enough heat already added. The fried green tomatoes where the best I've ever had, firm and tangy with a great crispy breaded outside. My wife had a fried mushroom app. It was a HUGE mushroom cap breaded and fried and cut into triangles like a pizza. My wife had the Cuban Lechon Asado that was flavor filled with a bit of lime squeezed over the top.
They had quite a few dessert choices for a small place. We ordered the chocolate ganache. It had honey and cayenne pepper sprinkled over it and was soo amazingly rich and excitingly spicy! The staff where all great! This will be our new favorite spot in Titusville! They fill up quick on weekends. We came Friday and there would have been a wait. We, instead, made a reservation for Saturday and it worked out better. Be patient, it's worth the wait!.

Waited quite a while for order to even be taken. Food was great though

I highly recommend this place. The chef is gracious, honest, and amazing. They are very receptive to finding the dishes that fit your palette and dietary needs. Make sure you buy some Gypsy Dust to take home. Get the Caribbean potato soup and bread pudding.
