The Lab Coffee - West Tampa

I don’t understand anyone saying anything poor about this place, ever. It’s such a hidden gem in Tampa! The coffee is great, the food (bagels, muffins, toast…) is always delicious and the staff is sweet. I appreciate them abiding by health protocols to protect their staff and customers :) Definitely a place you must swing by.

The best coffee shop in Tampa, serving the best coffee in Tampa. Been a pleasure to see this place grow from not having AC in 2016 (they have it now, don’t worry!) to what it is today. Jason and Pete are great folks, and rest of staff are always a joy.

One of the smoothest and delicious cups of coffee I have had in a very long time. So good I didn’t need to add anything to my cappuccino. Their food is delicious as well! Totally worth the stop.

Best coffee in Tampa! Great staff and environment! Pete and Jason have incredible attention to detail and are always looking to improve their coffee. Their espresso is 2nd to none in the state of Florida and they are always changing up their single origin coffees. Each single origin coffee that they put out has incredible tasting notes and is better than the next. In addition to this, they provide exceptional hospitality to all of their customers and make you feel at home. Look no further for the best espresso in Tampa!

Hands down the best coffee shop in the Tampa Bay area. The atmosphere, drinks, and coffee selection are unmatched. I have literally put off moving from the area because I don’t want to miss the lab. Have I mentioned the staff are amazing too? They are friendly, warm, inclusive, and make an effort to get to know you and remember you. 10/5 stars. Go to the lab.

I'm ALWAYS guaranteed absolutely outstanding service each and everytime come into The Lab.
There is no way you can step foot into this place without becoming addicted to each and every aspect about it.
The coffee is phenomenal.... the home made muffins are out of this world, and the people that work here are just full of love for what they do and you can really taste the difference. They have awesome merch and bags of coffee to brew at home which is a nice added touch.

I love love love it here and will be back again and again and again.

Hands down the best coffee in the area and personally my favorite I’ve ever had! I go multiple times a week and the people are awesome and the coffee is consistently good. Very chill vibes, good bagels and the most friendly staff. I always recommend everyone I know to come to the Lab!!!
