I literally watched an employee sneeze over the entire selection of bagel spreads and toppings. To make matters worse the employee was standing directly next to the general manger. It is also a bit disconcerting to see other similar statements in reviews listed from this location. Furthermore I did not appreciate being unnecessarily corrected: I requested a "less burnt" bagel than the ones that had been pre-selected for me. The General Manger responded "those bagels are not burnt, that is how they are supposed to look." Considering that I never asked for a bagel that is not burnt, only one that is less burnt I found that to be rude. It seems pretty obvious they would not sell a burnt bagel. That level of indifference towards cleanliness and friendly service is the reason I give this business one star.

I've never had bad food here but the service is horrible. This morning, 7/24/16, the two workers making orders were running around crazy while the girl at the register was playing on her phone doing nothing. They never have enough food preparation employees for busy times. By the time I left, the line was to the door at 9:15 in the morning.

My favorite place to jumpstart my work day! The Asiago bagel is a delicious, cheesy, chewy delight! Topped with an egg and cheddar it truly is the breakfast of champions! On busy mornings expect a little wait time but the staff are courteous and the food is worth a little delay.

Great place for very tasty bagels and coffee...especially on a cold day!
If any improvements, maybe a more efficient system because there is always a long line...which is a good problem!

I would have given a better rating if best practices were used. Here we go with a vegan rant. I ordered my food and after watching them use the same knife to cut everyone else's breakfast bagels loaded with meat, cheese, mayo etc; the person attempts to cut my bagel with the same knife! Even if I hadn't already made it clear that I am vegan, they should make a practice of cleaning the utensils between orders, even if it's a quick wipe. The young lady standing next to me agreed when I asked that they not use the knife on my bagel loaded with bacon grease, mayo and mustard from the previous bagel before. I don't want others grosseries on my food. Yuck... sorry for the rant.

First visit bagel was not toasted even though I had asked to put it through twice. Got an attitude from the staff after I asked them if the knew what toasted meant. I decided to give them another chance a month later. Same abusive attitude after asking for toasted bagel again. Toasted usually means golden brown and warm.

If you are too lazy to come to the store and planning to just order online? Avoid this during Sunday's. They are always busy.

I love going here on Saturday morning brunch after my Boot Camp class and getting one of those meaty bagels. The staff is super nice, I always like Isaiah to make my bagel sandwich, he now knows how I like my bagel toasted. Thanks Isaiah.

Although this is one of our favorite breakfast spots in town it is by far the worst run restaurant in all Tallahassee. Their employee turnover is very high so it seems like every weekend we are getting a new person and having to explain how to make a bagel. They always seem to be short-staffed so whoever is running the cash register usually has to stop making Bagels to come ring somebody up. The trash is rarely emptied, the coffee Runs Out all the time, and the fountain drink / coffee making area is always dirty
