Bruegger's Bagels

I have personally never been to a bagel shop before, but it was a pleasant experience. I officially love bagels. Both creamed, egged, etc were all absolutely great!

Nothing like a good old school bagel to start your day off right... wish there was a wider variety though...

Not a bad bagel. Authentically boiled. Friendly service.

Service was good and the best thing this venue had going for it, but sadly, the bagel breakfast sandwich was a huge disappointment.
The red pepper overpowered the flavor, and I regret being adventurous by choosing this sandwich. I like bagels. I like red peppers. I did not care for the sandwich, so I didn't even eat 1/4 of it.
I've no doubt the clerk would've done her best to try and make it right, but my appetite was ruined, so I just quietly left.
I've enjoyed the food at other Bruegger locations, but sorry to say I don't see myself returning to this one.

I really enjoy the hazelnut coffee.

Also, how do you beat fresh bagels?

Smoked salmon bagel with the cream cheese and capers is great.

Also I appreciate how this business has been responsible in their COVID measures in closing their dining area. Not many restaurants were/are able to do this and luckily with their business model they were able to make it work doing only takeout. That is socially responsible and that means something to me. Good job.

Update: went here on Sunday Labor Day weekend. The shop was busy with a line but the team worked with very good speed and accuracy. Everyone was very courteous and I got my family's food within a very reasonable amount of time. My 5 cheese bagel was excellent and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her Egg, Pepper Bacon and Cheese bagel sandwich. As always the coffee is great. Also nice to see the manager helping with the line and supporting his team.

My wife and I have ordered multiple sandwiches from this location and I'm not sure if we have ever received the right order. I do not recommend this location. Staff get a nod for being friendly.

This happened 3 days ago. Bruegger's reached out for my email to further discuss this and have not followed through. Shame on you .

I just had the some of the worst customer service ever at Bruegger's Bagels on Mahan. After waiting too long and watching my server leave my food and come back several times and finally disappear long enough for me to ask about it, he denied choosing to have a personal conversation with a fellow employee while holding my finally completed order instead of giving it to me. Then he chose to insult me by asking, "Are you so hungry you can't wait for your food?". Another employee, I think he may have even been a manager, backed up the employee instead of the me, the customer.
I have 30 years of customer service experience. This is NOT how you do it. I'm a business owner and resident of Tallahassee. I will do my part to leave this review on ever social media page I can find. I have never been moved to do something like this until today. Bruegger's, you can do better.

The past few times I've been in here have been disappointing. Employees seen like they hate their job. Even the GM was nasty at the register. Definitely will not be returning. I'll just go to Paper fox to get a bagel and a coffee from now on. They are always welcoming.

As someone who committed the biggest restaurant sin (walking in 10 till close)
They provided me with excellent service and my bagel was delicious. Will definitely be returning.

Service was good; decent bagel selection; sandwiches were pricey.
