Bruegger's Bagels

I just had a very unpleasant visit at this location. The guy that made my bagel was very unpleasant and rude. He barely answered back to me and he had an attitude like he didn't want to be there. I got a bagel with cream cheese and then asked for lox on it. He tossed my bagel to the side and was obviously annoyed that I didn't tell him that I wanted lox from the beginning. He got me a new bagel and started all over for no reason. I will not be returning to this location for the plain fact of the workers there. The bagels are pretty good though. I was very disappointed by their service.

The food 5 stars, service & consistency maybe a 2.5 at best. I at breakfast here on Tuesday, fell in love with the chicken sandwich. Ending up coming back each of the next 3 days. Each one of those days there was some issue on why the sandwich couldn’t be properly made. Finally it’s Saturday I figured they would have to have everything together. They didn’t 🤦🏿‍♂️ But I wasn’t mad, you know fool me once....my issue came because I paid for the food before it was prepared but the guy at the register who I gave my card had some sort of confusion on which customer is to receive the sandwich I just paid for.

I stopped to buy bagels for a staff meeting and the clerks were very helpful and polite. They weren't upset I was buying so many without calling first. I also bought a Mediterranean Sunrise sandwich which was so yummy! Will definitely be stopping here again.

Food is great but they are skimping on bagel quantity these days. They are almost always out of everything bagels. Wouldn't kill them to have a few leftover at the end of the day (2pm).

The bagels and cream cheese are amazing- no matter what flavor you get. You also cant go wrong with any of their sandwiches! Join the rewards club, its worth the email or two a week for all the discounts they send out.

Bagels are one of my favorite comfort foods & the best place for anyone who is far from NYC will find the taste that they crave is Brueggers. They're hot, fresh, & just the way that I like them. It's a little difficult to explain their appeal to me. You want a yeasty flavor but not so strong that you think you're in a brewery. Then there's the texture that will hot the spot. It's not soft but very firm like you would find in a nice crusty loaf of bread. When you've eaten a good bagel, you've found one that is warm & melts ever so gently you're cream cheese. It leaves you with a smile on your face. You've found Bruegger's Bagels.

This location is a hit or miss with the speed of their service. The bagels are consistently good like most Bruegger's Bagel. There's a good selection of coffee and their coffee "bar" has plenty of extras to customize your coffee.
The store is clean and inviting. I can relax here and chat with friends. It's conveniently located in Publix's shopping center and has back up generator. With Tallahassee's routinely without power with the slightest storm, this is a great feature. In fact, I remember this being the only place open after Hurricane Hermine came through.

Cashier was nice !......but for my first time there I felt unwelcomed due to the man preparing the bagels... I had no idea how things work there and I was trying to decide what to get because I never seen there menu or what all they serve .... the dark skin man just looked annoyed to serve me cause I was trying to decide what to get , he wasn’t really helpful lol I’m sorry but you should definitely smile and say hello to people as well
