Staff is nin friendly, they look at you like you're stupid while you order. They are extremely slow. No one is wearing hairnets as the prepare food on the line or in the kitchen, and two of the employees hair dresser. Management needs to fix this how.

I love the breakfast sandwiches. The cook with fresh eggs which is a major plus. And the coffee is great. I have to wait on service most days but the food is good.

I went to college in Albany NY back in the 80's (yep, I'm old as dirt). Brueggers was a major part of my weekend. We would all go there on Sundays. The bagels and flavored cream cheeses were wonderful. I looked forward to my onion bagel with gouda, tuna salad and sprouts.
This is not the Brueggers I remember so fondly. Ordering is a factory conveyor belt with unfriendly, uninterested service. Making a change to an item was met with attitude. Sorry, I don't eat bacon. It shouldn't be a major incident to order a sandwich without it. The bagel was tough and untoasted. I won't be returning.

How is there one person preparing orders and cashing people out at 7am? Also, a bagel place probably should have bagels readily available...not 1 1/2 baskets out of 12...smh...

Catered an office breakfast from here and everything was perfect. They take extra care to make sure you have all the essentials. I would definitely recommend them for office meetings and events.

If you want a good bagel and you are on the go this is the place to go. Im not really a bagel person but the staff personel recommended a bagel for me and I hit the road. I almost turned back around because it was so good. It is a must try place.

Brueggers Bagels has been a Tallahassee staple for years. Their bagels are simply fantastic. Quality service, quality food, coffee's pretty good too.

Bottom line: Bruegger's on N. Monroe survived the chopping block. The one in the TJ Maxx plaza was replaced by a Chipotle (see my reviews of Chipotle in TLH to learn how I REALLY feel), and the one at the intersection of High Road and Tharpe got the axe as well. The only other local survivor (I believe) is by Academy Sports on Mahan.
Timothy is the manager here - and he's on top of his game. He's personable himself and hires well to boot.
The bagels are quite good. I'm neither from New York nor Montreal (little known fact - Montreal is the OTHER North American co-epicenter of Bagelhood) so I can't attest to the veracity of the bagels - all I know is that I like 'em.
What is consistently not good, in my opinion, are the espresso concoctions. If this were a local joint, I would simply tell Timothy personally - but this is a chain, and I suspect they are all simply following corporate guidelines.
To me, Hershey's chocolate syrup NEVER is an option for a mocha. It just doesn't taste right.
I'm a quad-16 oz. mocha guy. I can consistently expect it to be not good here.
So - the bottom line is - come here for the bagels - and everything else, 'cept for an espresso concoction. (it's not just the mochas. my quad latte this morning was weak too...).

I love the Back Bay sandwich. They don't make it any more. I had to tell the worker how to make it. She did and it was good. The atmosphere was good.

Bruegger's Bagels - authentic New York style!!!HAHAHAHAHA HAHAHA😂😂😂😂
what a F¥€K!NG JOKE.... This place is the subways version of bagels.... The food is all pre-maid and kept in cold compartments like subways, then microwaved..... MICROWAVED....REALLY.... I should have just went to Walmarts frozen food section and done it my self at home, for half the price. On the plus side they did have the authentic New York style attitude very rude and disrespectful, ahhh just like home brought back so many memories. I've lived in and eaten bagels from BROOKLYN, NY. For many years. And this company is nothing but a waste of time and money
