The service was excellent and the waitress were very pleasant and polite. When it came to the food, the roasted potatoes were decent, but my over easy eggs had no yolk left for my toast my cool toast was not able to melt the cold butter so I couldn't spread it on my toast, I wasn't a fan of my sausage patties either. My daughter got the fat elvis waffles but the waffle was hard, the peanut butter, bananas, & bacon bits were good she stated.

Wait staff is always very friendly and helpful. I had the Breakfast burrito with bacon. Fresh avocado. The bacon seemed almost grilled. The potatoes were huge, grilled and yummy, too. The Drowsy Poet is inside and the coffee drinks are TO DIE FOR DELISH. Bring Fido and sit outside and enjoy your coffee or food. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice café and coffee house. The food was good, the staff efficient and friendly. It's SMALL so it gets crowded quick. Enjoyed my breakfast there but I don't think I'd plan on a Meetup with a dozen people.

It may look “good” but the quality is actually quite deceiving. Maybe it took 20 minutes for them to actually get the drinks to begin with was my first concern but no that was not the key. It’s when you look over at the next table and there is literally lots of food left over that should’ve been the huge red flag. Right afterwards we just received our food. But when I looked over at my honey‘s face I could tell, Clear as day this was going down very fast. After taking the bite and waitresses didn’t check up on us until after we were done eating. The “waffles were Sturdy” as a brick 🧱 image eating that. Who ever runs it, needs to better manage the staff and the cooks. The waitress and waiter need some guidance And learn to be better at hospitality

This is my mine and my fiancé's favorite cafe now. He lives in florida and I came to visit and we found this place, the BEST lattes we have ever had hands down. Its super cute inside and the outside gave me good vibes esp because it was close to the beach. They were very friendly and their menu was delicious. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good latte.

Coffee - Top notch. There specialty coffee isn't overwhelmingly sweet, but got tons of flavor.

Food- I got the BBQ bangers and mash.
Lots of shrimp and alligator sausage, definitely worth the 12 bucks.

Dessert- Belgian waffles. It's real Belgian waffles. Small and sweet, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy in the middle. 8/10 mouth feel

The pulled pork is out of this world.. very easily the best BBQ in town. Good prices, nice atmosphere. One of the best resuarants in Pensacola.

Loved the vibe here, the friendly staff, cool interior decorating, and VERY yummy food. (If you like smoked meat, their smoked chicken is fantastic, particularly in a breakfast burrito.) We'll be back.

I gave this place a fair shot. Coffee and breakfast are decent, never complained. I've been a few times before. I got lunch today. It was the saddest pimento cheese sandwich I've ever seen. It was like two pieces of bread glued together. When the center edges of the bread are touching that's not a good sign. The mac and "cheese" was extremely dry and I honestly couldn't tell if there was cheese. It tasted like they boiled noodles, held a block of cheese next to it, and wafted the scent over. It was like.. the La Croix of mac and cheese.

Food was on par… however, the decision to change to a no table service model, having customers scan a QR code to order on their phone, pay on their phone etc., is a bad move!

I can speak for our group, that part of a restaurant experience is being helped by an actual server… if we wanted to just order from a posted menu and paid via our phone, we would have gone to McDonalds!
