Good coffee. Good study vibes. Strong WiFi inside. Seems to house a younger crowd/ people my age, which is refreshing. Will return.

Love love love this coffee shop. Seriously the best tasting coffee I've ever had and I'm very picky when it comes to coffee. Amazing and super kind staff. Amazing decor and vibe. You have to go!๐

Finally a local coffee roaster in the Southwest Florida area that really knows their stuff! These guys are ALL about the ART of coffee and building relationship with their customers! They roast their beans perfectly in a way that you can taste the unique tones of the actual coffee! And their nitro cold brew is AMAZING! Not to mention their mobile coffee shop is so cool! We used them for an event a few months ago and everyone loved it!

Best coffee in all of SWFL hands down ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ Aesthetically comfortable cafe, unmatched vibes and flavorful lattes and nitro cold brews! Definitely worth the drive to Naples! If youโre looking for a chill spot to get some work done while enjoying a latte, THIS. IS. THE. PLACE.

TL;DR it's ok/average. Would consider giving it another shot.
I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so maybe I didn't get the whole experience. But it was pretty standard: average food, nice staff, trying too hard at modern decor.
You definitely pay for atmosphere, which is low key ruined by all of the dying plants in there... just water them, please lol. There's no way to socially distance inside, or any indicators placed at tables to separate customers. I dont think that's a mandate, but it shows that a restaurant cares a bit about health and safety? Whatever.
Very standard food, and overpriced for what it is (as you can imagine, it's in Mercato). I had a masala chai, which was okay! Except that it came out of a carton. I understand that the focus of Narrative is on coffee not tea. But if I wanted boxed chai, I'd just go to Starbucks and get a venti for the same price as a Narrative small. At least try to fool me and put it in a different container or something lol. Also had a matcha latte that wasn't nearly as flavorful as I was expecting. Again, I doubt many people go for the tea, but this drink was underwhelming. The bulk of the taste was from the steamed/fluffy milk (which I love but I paid to taste bitter, grassy matcha lmao). If I go again, I'll definitely be asking for it STRONG. I will say that the matcha was prepared with a traditional matcha wisk, which was neat. I also had a sammy and guava pastry that were average. Liked the pastry more, since the sammy was a pretty ho-hum (boring Kraft-style American cheese, sausage without much seasoning, but I liked the poached egg).
This is all to say, that I might try it again. One of the staff told me that there are more Narrative locations opening in Naples, and that more of the food and stuff would be made fresh there, which would be nice. Only time will tell ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ
PS for Narrative staff: your outdoor potted plants need water too! And the heliconia in those pots might get pretty big, so you may want to switch it out.
PSS please train your staff as to why you're called Narrative! Why is it called that? Does it have anything to do with your pen logo? Not gonna buy your logo as a sticker until you tell me lol

Great coffee! Dig the fact that oatmilk is on the menu!

First things first, I rarely drink coffee out. Most places try to pass burnt dirt off as a cup of coffee. I order my coffee online and drink it at home to avoid this phenomenon.
Finally, there is a place in Naples that serves up excellent coffee! ALL HAIL CALEB and the team at NARRATIVE COFFEE ROASTERS! Definitely worth every dollar.

Love Narrative Coffee, they work really hard to get high quality beans and roast it locally. When you buy their coffee you know itโs fresh, which means you get the full flavor of the coffee. They are great people and they produce the best coffee around!
